I am not usually one to write negative reviews, but this place is one that everyone crossing the Nullabor needs to be warned about. On our way over at the early part of April, we stayed here, and chose a camp at the front , there is a 24hr Roadhouse /Truck stop, and so very little sleep, due to constantly... More

We stayed two nights at this Park. Spent one day exploring the history of this gold-mining town including the wonderful museum and the second day in Kalgoorlie which is just 40 klms away. Don't come expecting five star accommodation - that is not here. (As another reviewer said this is gold mining country). But the power does what it should,... More

Three of us stayed at this place in one of their cabins in October 2014. A teenage boys underpants was found in one bed. Clearly sheets had not been changed. The manager said the fire alarm was faulty and came with a ladder. After removing the alarm from the ceiling, which was continually beeping, he went away and did not... More

On our way over, or back, from Perth, this is our choice of place to stay. Pick your site, they're big, the water is hot, the price is OK, stay a night and you're on your way. Stay a second night and spend a day walking around town imagining what it was or take a drive into Kalgoorlie and thank... More

Ok - so this is not a high class place. But if you want that what are you doing in the Goldfields anyway. And 38 ks up the road at Kalgoorlie it is WAY more expensive. The water is hot. The electricity comes out of the poles in the ground. Ditto the water. The camp kitchen is small but equipped... More

Stayed in a cabin overnight. Clean and comfortable. The owner, Harry, is friendly and helpful. Park is pet friendly. Right opposite new Caltex service station..Good meals at local hotel just up the street from caravan park. Would definitely stay again.

After seeing a review saying this park is 'tacky' I would have to comment that people need to take into account to town is not exactly flush with money and the number of visitors here is limited. The park is actually quite reasonable. The layout is a bit odd but there is plenty of room and on most sites you... More

Wouldn't bother with this place, crime is shocking, manager unhelpful, shocking facilities, shower/toilet blocks were built in the original gold rush, you need ear plugs to sleep with all the trucks going past but then you can't hear the locals looting your car

The standard of the caravan park was not up to scratch. Tired, run down, poorly maintained and a bit grubby. Reminded me of the refugee camps you see on tv. Leaking taps, missing door locks. No hooks where you need them. Non working lights, poor site layout. Semi -permenants that " privatize" their patch and make transients feel like they... More
