Checking into the Chalet, we were impressed with the entire hotel and amenities (pool, gym, spa & sauna)! Après cafe on site is great for lunch food is delicious. (the manager is a legend! ) The rooms were large and well set up, Beds are comfortable and bathrooms include a bath. The location is great with views along Bourke Street.... More

This is in a great location on Mt. Buller, the food is outstanding. Theres a cafe as well. Pool is ok and the views go for ages. Rooms could be revamped a bit and its starting to look a little tired but its ok.

Choosing to stay at this hotel is not difficult! If you're looking for location and easy access in the village. Everything is great until you go to the rooms. The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable (hard) the furniture outdated and uncomfortable. I guess if you're on the slopes skiing all day you would want a comfortable room at night.... More

The hotel is in the best location on the mountain, right next to the main lift, only 50m to the main Foodworks store, 100m from the Village Square, 200m from the bus depot, plus the Snow Play zone is only 100m away on the Valley side. Very convenient walking distance everywhere, especially if you have young children. Check in –... More

Very great location, just meters from the village and the bus depot. It is expensive and in desperate need of repair. The rooms we had have cheap wood furniture bad lighting, a carpet which looks so dirty (not sure how old the carpet is). Desperately need a reno! But the room have a great heater, i even need to open... More

The Chalet is well located at the bottom of the main lift. It is expensive and in desperate need of repair. The staff are overworked, and many were working with flu. The rooms we have had over the past 2 years have varied only in view- all of them have cheap wood furniture bad lighting, a carpet that give electric... More

The staff were all helpful, the service was excellent. But the building is old and tired. Our beds were rock hard and the springs were the noisiest when you move around. In fact, the bed was so hard that my hip would hurt if I stayed on one side too long and I'd have to turn over from the pain.... More

My family and I had a great trip to Mt Bullet. This is our second stay at this hotel. We had a King Bourke Rm which we got for half price on a special so it was excellent value. The room was spacious and clean. The room did get a little warm at night and you found yourself waking feeling... More

Been a Buller regular for 20 plus years and done all the accom. available. Decided to take our young kids (11 and 8) for first real trip to snow and wanted some privacy that you don't get at lodges. Got super online price (well for the mountains anyway) that was way cheaper than a lodge price for the family. Arrived... More
