My partner and I were very happy when we arrived at Goat Square! Beautiful little cottage just off the main road in Tanunda well within walking distance to restaurants and shops. On arrival, we received bottle of local wine and some chocolates which was a great touch. The cottage (Kavel) has a separate kitchenette with large bathroom with spa bath.... More

A beautiful cottage, very clean, lovely homely touches, great location. And a very generous and good quality breakfast too. We'll definitely recommend Goat Square. Thanks Ngaire for the extra mile you obviously go to!

Lovely big, old style, cottage. Seperate kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom with spa bath. Charming courtyard at rear. Really great breakfast- cereal, muesli, bacon, eggs, toast, jam. I didn't even eat it all!! 300m to main road. 1hr 10min to airport.

Friendly and helpful greeting from the moment we arrived. We appreciated the fact we could park under the big pear tree due to warm weather. The breakfast provisions were super delicious, nothing beats smokey bacon :) Bottle of wine and port were a perfect addition. Complimentary use of washing machine and drier helped as we stayed here for 5 nights.... More

We stayed for 4 nights at these beautiful cottages, everything was provided for our home away from home. Great base to explore the beautiful Barossa Valley and all the beautiful wineries nearby. Provisions for breakfast were great to get your day started. Would highly recommend .

We enjoyed our stay at Goats Square Cottage in the Menge Cottage. Everything was provided including breakfast provisions, chocolate & a bottle of wine! Perfect for a winter getaway. Walk to awesome restaurants and just around the corner from some of the best wineries. What more could you ask for! Will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends.... More

Thankyou for the feedback. We are glad that you thought our location was great, the beds comfortable and liked the underfloor heating Unfortunately, some weeks our local grocery supplier runs out of free range eggs so we purchase eggs that are sourced from a local egg grower who uses a Spanish cage system - quite unlike traditional chicken cages. There... More

This place is just so lovely, and unlike any motel accomodation. If you want something completely different from the norm then this is it. Very old cottage style with lovely furnishings to suit. The breakfast provisions were great and easily lasted the 3 mornings, although the website does say there'll be some special honey but we didn't get it (I... More

Very cute and cosy. We spent two nights in April and it made the perfect base for our stay at Tanunda. Easy, short walk to shops and restaurants. The little extra touches, wine, chocolates, port etc were perfect. The breakfast food was delicious. Would recommend.
