Our last overnight stay before Adelaide whilst travelling along the Great Ocean Road. The Lake View Motel was lovely, a massive room overlooking the lake, spotlessly clean, friendly reception staff and good value for money. It's a motel, but quite a reasonable one. Our room was spacious, had a nice view over the lake, was well equipped for self catering and was spotlessly clean. We only had one night here but could happily have stayed much longer. We had an executive room which was extremely spacious and had all the equipment you could need. Found this place whilst touring the area and looking for somewhere in a busy Robe, and was glad we did. ended up spending two nights after being given a very warm welcome by the owner/manager. My husband and I enjoyed the overnight stay. The spa ensuite was well maintained. The king sized bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy.
