We stayed here last summer under the shade of some large trees. Tent camping area quite spacious and well covered with good grass. It's a great place for so many reasons. Loads of wineries, cycling tracks (you can hire bikes from the park itself) and a 2 minute walk from the local swimming pool. Only down side was noise from... More

We travelled with a caravan and stayed for 2 nights on a powered, level, all-weather, gravel site. The park is an excellent location from which to explore the Barossa Valley. The bathrooms, wash-up sinks, barbecues and laundry were clean and conveniently located. However, the camp kitchen was in a remote and inconvenient spot distant from many camping sites. After using... More

We stayed here for two nights and thought the self contained cabin was great and the location was convenient - but we did have an issue with our toilet. To the credit of the staff on duty, they did their best to remedy the situation - but to no avail. We didn't have a functioning toilet from the moment we... More

Loved this Park and this region. The cabin was beautiful and spotless. The only downside was the lady that checked us in (maybe they should find her a job out the back). All other staff were lovely. It was an easy walk into town and overlooks two beautiful ovals

Stayed here for a week over Xmas & loved it, great location & facilities, no swimming pool, however the office will give you a voucher for the town swimming pool. Close to shops & a great base for a visit to the Barossa

We stayed 4 nights in our caravan on one of the grassed sites and found it ideal. The sites were large, level, well grassed, shady and with many drive throughs. The park is well located in a very quiet area and close to the Nuriootpa town centre. Amenities were well provided and clean. Site rates were good and even better... More

Location is good. Middle of winter and weather isnt the best but thats not the parks fault. General drainage is poor hard to park car without creating mud on a small ensuite site. Barely fit the annex on. Not suitable for larger vans. Other sites look too close together as well. Lots of improvements since we were last here. Larges... More

We booked a powered site which was nice enough. We spotted a communal fire pit and because it was cold thought it would be great to use... However it was close to a couple of other sites so it wasn't really 'communal' as the family staying in those sites pretty much hogged it to themselves. When using the camp kitchen... More

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and I am sorry your stay wasn't as pleasant as it should have been. The woman you refer to was neither a regular or a permanent; her stay just happened to coincide with the June long weekend. If we were made aware of her interfering ways our staff would have dealt... Stayed for a weekend on 23-24 May 2014 in our caravan. Booked an ensuite site for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to find the facilities to be quite new, modern and very clean. Caravan park is situated between the community sports grounds and the linear park that runs along the river. Plenty of walking trails that we could... More

Stayed 2nights 14/15th May 2014. Accommodation in the Barossa isn't cheap and some of the cheaper motels didn't have very good reviews so we decided to stay here. Stayed in a Jayco cabin for $101 night. We were quite impressed, nothing flash but extremely clean. The cabin is kind of like a large caravan. On entering the room you see... More
