Stayed in early march. Great drive thru sites nice and grassy but a bit distant from the amenities. A quiet park overlooking the local oval. Amenities were modern and well kept. A small camp kitchen (BBQ are really) was adjacent however the main camp kitchen was in the tent area quite a distance away. Would stay there again but a... More

Whether you are camping, in a caravan or staying in one of the cabins we would highly recommend this park to anyone. From the moment we made contact with Julie inquiring about accommodation the experience was delightful. When we arrived at the park we were greeted by the owners who were happy and chatty. The park itself was beautiful and... More

The day before a long weekend in one of SA's hot spots. What's the likelihood of getting accommodation? With a little help from the friendly lass at the Visitor Centre I was lucky enough to get a cabin here. My very late arrival (actually, early morning) was taken care of by Julie. Sadly, reception greeting next morning was average -... More

Thanks for your feedback. We pride ourselves on being a friendly welcoming Park, however on this occasion I am disappointed to hear this wasn't the service you received. I've taken this feedback on board and encourage all my staff to greet all guests in a friendly, welcoming manner. I look forward to personally welcoming you back into our Park when... More

Location is great because you're away from main roads and other "through traffic". While you're a little removed from the main centre of town, it's a lovely walk to and from along the river. We stayed in a caravan on a grassed site overlooking the oval. It was a neat site without a lot of room (ours is a larger... More

We stayed for 3 nights with our van on an ensuite site. Very clean and well positioned park. Not a very busy time when we stayed. the park was pretty empty. I could not fault the park, although the reception we got on arrival was less then impressive. Lady at reception did not even greet us with a hello, she... More

Thanks so much for your feedback. I apologise your experience was less than satisfactory. We pride ourselves on our customer service skills and being a friendly and welcoming Park, however on this occasion I am disappointed to hear this was not the case. We currently have a new staff member who is still finding her feet and can at times... More

We only stayed one night, but it was a goodie. The lady manager (Julie I think) was a real gem and took our personal circumstances into consideration. The facilities were fantastic and location very central. Recommend to campers, caravaners and travellers alike.

Mature aged couple who stayed one night drive through powered caravan site. Very helpful and friendly reception. Lovely grassed and well shaded site with some friendly birds for company. Short walking distance to public swimming pool and CBD through parkland with a pleasant environment of large gum trees and (dried) creek bed (JAnuary). A bit pricey but considered worth it,... More

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights, over Christmas, on an unpowered tent site. When I say "site" the unpowered area is not segregated into separate plots, but is a strip of grass immediately inside the access boom gate - this does mean that you hear every vehicular entry and exit when in the tent at night/early morning!... WE have just come back from this park and it is very hard to fins any faults. the initial phone contact was helpful and the service at the site excellent. There is a wide range of sites to suit all travelling needs but ours was a drive through caravan site. The park is very large and son does not feel... More

Stayed for 4 nights in our camper, had a powered site on lawn, under a shady tree. Even though it was a long weekend in the middle of the school holidays, and there was a Ulysses motor bike AGM occurring, the camp grounds never felt crowded, and we were well spaced out. Two shower blocks with laundry facilities in them... More
