We travelled to Whistler Farm with another couple for a 24hr getaway. What a wonderful way to excape city life for a short time. We had everything we could possibly need and Jayne gave us some suggestions for a lunch spot. (Artisan's at Menglers Hill - absolutely fabulous). We all enjoyed our mini platters of local produce from our rooms... More

Hi Lisa I am glad you all enjoyed your mini break. Chris and I visited Artisan's this week and had lunch - "feed me like a Barossan" - goodness me we hardly put a dent in our food and it was so lovely. We will certainly go back but will just pick a couple of dishes to share next time.... More

From arrival to departure nothing was left wanting during our 2 nights at the beautiful Whistler Farm B&B. Four of us arrived, with each couple having their own separate suite which included plush bath robes, blissfully comfortable beds, lovely decor and room to move. The amazing tasting platter of local produce (including Jayne's extremely tasty home made relish which we... More

We shared our experience with great friends celebrating our anniversaries and really enjoyed Jayne and Chris's hospitality and a wonderful taste of country life in the Barossa. Staying in the Olive Grove suite with our friends in the Vineyard suite we had the most relaxing and enjoyable time. With great attention to detail of high quality decor, furniture and accessories... Wow. Our stay at Whistler Farm B&B definitely surpassed our expectations. The beautiful hospitality and attention to detail about every aspect of our stay made our getaway to the Barossa a sheer delight. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here as part of our tour around South Australia and loved Whistler Farm. The suites are really spacious, there is a generous produce platter in the fridge which we ate on the first evening - Maggie Beers place is a quick stroll around the corner and we added a couple of... Hi Jessica It was great having you stay with us and we are pleased you enjoyed your time here in the Barossa. How lucky it was for you that it was vintage time and you could get to do some foot stomping of the grapes. That should make for a great wine. Hopefully the legs are back to their natural... More

Whistler Bed and Breakfast ain't what it seems, it is the most comfortable and welcoming family home we have had the pleasure to stay at EVER. Jayne and Christopher welcomed us to their home at Whistler Farm with a glass or three of their delicious Grenache, which they allowed me to choose from their cellar! Perfect start to a week... Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by our host and shown to our room - a dream come true: Beautifully decorated, refrigerate everything was ready, drinks and coffee, a snack and the ingredients for breakfast the next day on the private terrace. We arrived at the Olive Grove suite after 5pm on a Sunday evening and parked undercover next to the happy chooks in their clean yard. Hi Folks We are pleased you enjoyed your stay in the Barossa and at Whistler Farm. We are now picking plenty of our summer vegies - tomatoes, zucchinis an cucumbers and we can even hear the sounds of the trucks and machine harvesters picking the grapes. So exciting times here. We look forward to a return visit from you. Jayne More
