Friends from the valley recommended this accommodation, and I can't thank them enough! The place is ideally located near most of the wine producers. We stayed in the Olive suite and enjoyed the free bottle of wine and the cheese plate (Chris and Jayne also own Whistler wines). The suite was perfect, very clean and very comfortable with free wireless... More

Thank you to Chris and Jayne for the best experience we have ever had with B and B's. Their hospitality was sensational to say the least. The accommodation was spotless and the little personal touches like choosing a wine from the wine cellar and cheese platter added that extra special moments to the experience. We also were extremely privledged to... More

We stayed at Whistler Farm for four nights during our visit to wineries in the Barossa and Clare Valley in early August 2015. Months before we arrived, Jayne was helpful in providing recommendations of eateries and options for winery tours through emails. At our arrival, Jayne greeted us warmly and showed us to the well-appointed Olive Suite. Our self-contained suite... More

We stayed in the Vineyard suite for 2 nights during August. The suite had everything you could possibly need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The food provisions were delicious and plentiful and the fireplace warmed the room perfectly. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. If we could fault anything the shower lacked a bit of pressure... More

Stayed at Whistler for one night and loved it. This is a small B&B with 2 rooms the Olive Suite and the Vineyard Suite. We stayed in the Vineyard suite which was incredibly comfortable. A decent sized room, with a kitechette, and ensuite. A sliding door opens to a fairly private garden, with an out door setting and access to... More

Hi Cathryn Thank you for your review. Chris and I are pleased you enjoyed your brief stay in the Barossa - I think you will have to come back someday as one night is not enough time to see it all has to offer. Cheers Jayne More

Whistler Farm was a perfect base for a weekend rediscovering the Barossa. The room was well appointed with lots of thoughtful extras and the property was truly idyllic. We visited the Barossa Farmers Market, scoured the local shops, stocked up at Maggie Beers and, of course, sampled the best wine of the region. Thoroughly recommend this B&B.

Chris and Jayne went absolutely above and beyond to provide us both with an incredible introduction to the Barossa. Despite early troubles with the dates we booked (our fault, and Jayne was incredibly willing to accommodate) we managed to make it to Whistler Farm in June 2015. The place was warm, cozy and had everything that we wanted from a... More

Our charming sociable hosts, Jayne and Chris Pfeiffer, went above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome, comfortable and taken care of. The vineyard view from the Olive Grove Suite was priceless. We enjoyed the welcome bottle of Whistler Wine and chocolates upon arrival. I also appreciated the local breakfast provisions including Apex Bakery bread. Most of all,... More

We travelled to Whistler Farm with another couple for a 24hr getaway. What a wonderful way to excape city life for a short time. We had everything we could possibly need and Jayne gave us some suggestions for a lunch spot. (Artisan's at Menglers Hill - absolutely fabulous). We all enjoyed our mini platters of local produce from our rooms... More

Hi Lisa I am glad you all enjoyed your mini break. Chris and I visited Artisan's this week and had lunch - "feed me like a Barossan" - goodness me we hardly put a dent in our food and it was so lovely. We will certainly go back but will just pick a couple of dishes to share next time.... More

From arrival to departure nothing was left wanting during our 2 nights at the beautiful Whistler Farm B&B. Four of us arrived, with each couple having their own separate suite which included plush bath robes, blissfully comfortable beds, lovely decor and room to move.
