After camping at Marion Bay Caravan Park for the past 9 christmas holidays (most years for 14 days), we have lost our permanent booking.... WHY ? ... because Kym (relief manager) was too lazy and stubborn to check any history before taking other bookings. ALL our history is on the computer and i even chattered to him twice on the... Hi Deb, we understand that you are upset about your site, but as you had not come in to see us during your 9 day visit to re-book, your site was left free for 2016 Christmas. As someone else came into the office and requested that site along with 3 other sites, it was booked out on the assumption that... More

We have been holidaying at the Marion Bay caravan park for about the last 5yrs. Every year was great with clean ammenities, tidy park, family friendly, helpful managers and beautiful beaches. This year was disappointing as the managers had changed. They were rude, abrupt and very inflexible. We rang 2days after arriving home to rebook our regular site and were... More

Hi Michael, as every effort is made to help customers with re-booking their sites, or forward booking for 2016 Christmas, we rely on the customer to re-book during their stay so that we know that they wish to return. We are sad that after so many years of visiting the same park, this is your very first review of it?... More

We have stayed at Marion Bay Caravan Park over the holiday period and found the place great. Management is very friendly and accomodating and they are there to help whenever you need them. Park's location is also perfect for the beach and nature lovers as it is only 6 km away from Innes National PK. Plenty of BBQ space(hot plates),... More

We spend a good half a dozen weekends here a year. We come back due to the fact the amenities are always well looked after. When travelling in our caravan I always will only stay where the amenities are well looked after. The caravan park is now under new management and it is sad to see that the amenities block... More

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Spotless amenities, large sites, very helpful friendly owners. Excellent camp kitchen and children's play area. Very well kept quiet park in a great location on the water and close to Marion bay tavern and an excellent art gallery. Starting point for national park and coastal drives.

We just spent 10 days at this park and had an enjoyable time , it was quiet and was close to the jetty where we caught our best catch of squid ever. The managers were friendly especially Jane . The amenities were very clean and could not be faulted . Just hope the next park can be as good .
