My wife and I stayed at this wonderful cottage on the road between Angaston and Penrice. The location was ideal; a short walk into the village for supplies (wine and cheese), a easy drive to wineries and bush walks, and in close proximity to the farmers market on Saturday morning. We stayed in Rose Cottage, which was cosy; fireplace with... More

We had a lovely 2 day stay at Country Pleasures B&B in Angaston. The owner was easy to deal with and quickly sorted out our missing breakfast supplies. The cottage itself is as the name suggests - cosy and well decked out with magazines, CD's, DVD's and bathroom amenities. The decanter of local port is also a very nice touch!... More

We fell in love with this charming country style cottage immediately! Very cosy, well facilitated, spacious, comfortable bed and sofa.... Not to mention about the the well stocked fresh local food in the fridge and pantry with complimentary bottle of wine and port. Very thoughtful about all the details like homemade bread, plunger coffee, flower arrangement, throws on sofa, herbs... More

Country Pleasures is a cute two bedroom cottage in the Barossa Valley, and it seems to have everything needed for two days or two weeks. Our cottage had a large kitchen, dining and living room, all nicely furnished and cozy. Every thing was well maintained, sparkling clean and kitchen provisions were plentiful. A bottle of delicious Port is provided as... More

Country Pleasures is an upscale house/ cottage in the Barossa Valley, close to all the major wineries and restaurants. It is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a large bathroom and an outdoor BBQ and patio. It was tastefully decorated. The fridge was stocked with more than enough for an ample breakfast on the patio.... More

Self-contained living and elegance: less essential a B&B and more of an apartment in the heart of wine country. Great value, especially if you enjoy having the freedom to grab the wonderful local produce and have a BBQ or cook special dinner 'at home' rather than heading out to one of the local restaurants. Two bedrooms and a massive sps,... More

I truly cannot say enough about this wonderful place. My husband I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed every moment, in fact I didn't want to go out and look around but just stay and enjoy the wonderful peaceful surroundings and beautiful quaint cottage. There is certainly room for two couples as the bedrooms are very spacious and the... More

Two couples on a touring holiday, we stayed at Country Pleasures for 3 nights. It was everything as promised. The cottage has two matching bedrooms and a large bathroom, a kitchen stocked with everything and a fridge full of food provided by Roxanne. Not just the usual bacon and eggs but tomatoes, mushrooms, preserves and bottled fruit, not to leave... More
