3days 2night tour. AMAZING ! Despite the cyclone !! We had a brilliant group and a good tour guide - Dave. We didn't get to see the champagne pools or Indian head but glad we actually got on Fraser Island unlike some people. The hostel its average, the free pan cakes is a nice touch. The wi-Fi is terrible and... More

I arrived on the early morning Premier Bus so I couldn't check in until 11am, but was able to take a nap in the hammocks while I waited so that was really nice (they had lots of hammocks near the pool). The kitchen was definitely not the best, not much counter space, and not a lot of cooking items (like... More

Have just finished my stay at Dingo's Hostel & Rainbow Beach Adventure Tours on Fraser Island. The whole expedience was awesome! The hostel was Great. Nice pool, common area, clean rooms and ensuite bathrooms all with enough room for everyone's backpacks. The kitchen could of done with some more equipment like pots and pans, but they do $6 dinner every... More

The Pro's: Beds replaced often and they were comfortable, foam, and clean. Hot water tap in the kitchen made boiling water x10 quicker. Eating and community areas had good amount of seating and were social and fun. Staff were friendly. The Con's. The bathrooms need some love, seriously. Visited 3 bathrooms and all 3 were different with different problems. One... More

This hostel is well priced, clean and has a large social area (they also do good meals for $6 in the evenings). The beds are comfy and the rooms have en suite wet rooms which makes things very easy. The tour associated with the hostel is quite spectacular and hilarious good fun. Our tour guide Luke made the experience unforgettable.... More

Had a great time. Our guide Dingo Mick Vee really made our trip a memorable one! Each day we saw some amazing lake and driving on the island in a land cruiser is a great time. good way to meet some people, 3rd night we came back and went to a nice restaurant Mick came with everyone. Some live music... More

Cool place to chill out and meet people especially spending a few days camping on Fraser Island which me and my partner loved. The dorms we stayed in were well kept considering their are so many people in and out every day. Shops and cafe's are near by.

Rooms are nice, there's actually ac which is nice in be evening but tends to get too cold at night. No tv room or comfy hang out spot. There are hammocks but the wifi doesn't reach there.. $6 meals are pretty good! It's very loud with the music playing the whole night, so it's hard to just sit down and... More

Had an amazing time doing the self-drive/tag along 3-day-2-night tour to Fraser Island through this hostel (I think the company that took us were Rainbow Beach Adventure Company). Our tour guide Muzza was hilarious and worked really hard to make sure everyone was having a good time. The island was beautiful, the only downside was how quickly the 3 days... More
