Stayed for two nights in a 1 bedroom surf side villa. It was the perfect size for a couple. 3 levels of stairs so you need to be mobile to go up and down the levels. Level 1 entry, Level 2 kitchen/dinning and lounge area with a good sized balcony, Level 3 has bedroom, bathroom and laundry. Lovely views and... More

Have just spent 4 days 3 nights here, very pleasant surroundings and the rooms were clean and spacious, didn't get to see all that was available at the resort, the bar prices for drinks were not over the top and the bar staff were always pleasant, we had the buffet breakfast on the 2nd morning, for the price asked it... Originally the reason we stayed was the price but now we stay cause the kids love it. The units that we stayed in overlooked the tennis courts. There are some that look a lot older and we haven't stayed in those so I can't comment on them. Anyway the unit block we stay in is good. The bathroom is modern... More

We stayed for the weekend the last of August. Quiet, relaxing, perfect recovery stay. The kids loved the upstairs bedrooms, though I could see some families would be wary of the stairs. The beach access was the best I found, a bush track as it should be. The only critique I would have is for the restaurant. The food was... More

The resort is getting old and the units reflect that, however, they are clean and well maintained. We had a top floor unit #16 (3 floors up no lift) at the end of the block overlooking the bush which was great for sitting on the good sized balcony. The appliances were in good condition with a washer and dryer in... More

Located a short stroll from Rainbow Beach and a stop off access point to the Inskip Peninsular and Fraser Island, this resort has something for most families. The apartments have a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, an adequate bathroom and plenty of cupboard space in the bedroom. The bed is comfortable, but needed better pillows. We took our own,... Our apartment, No. 40 in the Baden block, is badly in need of a spruce up. Furniture was dated and heavily marked with scratches, dents and rings from glasses and plates; we looked for coasters and placemats to avoid causing further damage but couldn't find any - which explains the other damage. We were paying what we thought was a... More

We have stayed at this resort before and enjoyed it very much, although we did strike a kids surfing competition one weekend and the resort was very crowded and the weather indifferent and not ideal for sightseeing. Having read some pretty ordinary reviews of the resort on Trip Advisor recently we thought it was time to form our own conclusions.... More

I would not chose this place again! It wasn't real clean & some things were broken! There was only 2 chairs outside on balcony & one was broken! The heating was not great on a cool night! The time of year we were there the nights can still get a bit chilly & there is only a little heater although... More

My boyfriend and I just spent the weekend at Baden Apartment # 16. Was very comfortable, fully self contained, good size fridge, clean and tidy. I would recommend Apartment # 16 as it was very secluded and private. Great balcony. The walk to the beach was about 10 mins, could have been signposted a little bit better. Staff very helpful,...
