Don't expect any privacy and be prepared to entertain them and chat for hours. We were made to feel bad about wanting an intimate dinner for 2 and the hosts ignored us after this. There is no 'choice of 2 menus' it is whatever the host felt like making which turned out to be undercooked prawns and charcoal steak (when... More

We should have stayed on another day! We did 2 nights back in August last year and the weather was bright and sunny and chilly at the same time. We found the nights particularly cold and took a bit of adapting to when we're used to warm weather all year round. We were in the Mexicana cottage which for our... More

We booked the Mexicana Suite for three nights for our family of 6. On arrival we were greeted by Lorna like long-lost family members who'd finally found their way home. The room was clean, neat and tidy - perfect for 4 boisterous kids aged from 3 - 9. The beds were comfortable and the space was sufficient and functional. It... More

My wife and I stayed at Clandulla Cottages back in June 2009 for a wedding anniversary weekend, so this review is a bit overdue. We had a wonderful time there, well looked after by the hosts (John & Lorna). The meal they cooked for us on the Saturday evening was delicious and the light misty rain during most of the... More

We stayed 3 nights at Clandulla Cottages (Rose Cottage). it was a unique and overall pleasant experience for both me and my partner. Upon arrival, Lorna (lady boss) greeted us warmly. the place has a beautiful scenery, with mount Tamborine as its backdrop and never ending green pastures. the animals were friendly, fun to feed, the air was fresh, rooms... We booked the Mexicana room for 2 nights - ample space for our family of 5. Our girls loved feeding Nakota, Abbot, Choco, Dory, Mary, the chickens etc. Lorna's a great cook! We had breakfast and dinner on both days we stayed at the farm. Breakfast is included but you can top up for a cooked hot breakfast. Do try... More

We had a fantastic time at Clandulla Cottages with Lorna and John being excellent hosts. Enjoyed following John around to feed the animals and loved how each animal had it's own name and responds accordingly. The children definitely miss the animals (Nikota, Abbot, Mary, Blackie, Sam, Dusky, Choco and Dory). Thanks John and Lorna for setting up the evening camp... More

Lorna and John are the most amazing hosts, we just left our New Years stay with our 6 children and we were all very sad to be leaving. The farm is such a beautifully set up, family friendly venue. We were able to relax whilst our children happily played tennis, swings, exploring the farm and loved the morning and night... More

The farm is great with many lovely animals. My son got a chance to feed them and also had a ride on the tractor with Uncle John! Great hospitality as the hosts treat us like family members. We had dinner in the farm too. Really like this tranquil lovely place!
