This hostel has been the best hostel so far in Australia! The staff was amazing and helpful and the atmosphere was great. Big plus is the FREE wifi and laundry! They truly know what a backpacker actually need at this hostel. Some nights the hostel also has a free BBQ which also is highly appreciated by a poor traveler. So... More

Stayed at this hostel because it had the best ratings of any in 1770 and I just thought it wasn't worth it. Pro's - lovely staff, close to the beach, cheap, clean bedding. Cons - bathroom toilet kept flushing all night with the shower dripping, the bathroom wet room also fluded whenever you used it, dirty kitchen and in a... More

I had stayed here before and thought it was a good hostel until I stayed the 2nd time. There was no towels in reception so I had to use a bed sheet, The shower was filthy and the water was freezing cold. We had some guy who wandered into our room at 2am drunk who eventually left. I don't even... More

This is a nice hostel, apparently the dorms are great but I need to leave an honest review about the "private rooms" as they are not private at all! There is 1 door which you have the key for and once you go inside it is one big room split into 3 separate rooms which don't have locks on the... More

One of the best management and staff of a hostel I've met. Really in tuned with what backpackers are looking for shown by the fact they provide free laundry and wifi as well as all kitchen equipment. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. Much more welcoming and get to know your name unlike cool bananas where the staff... More

You really should give this hostel a chance, the dorms are spacious, it's great value, there is free wifi, free use washing machines, an adequate kitchen & outdoor dining area & free use of the pool & hot pool at a nearby resort. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach & you can hire bikes for a half day... More

This hostel has a great location, is really close to the greyhound bus stop and shops and just a few minutes walk to the beach. It has a really relaxed atmosphere and the staff are friendly and happy to help. It has free wifi which actually works for a change! Has good outside and inside seating areas. Dorm rooms are... More

The staff were very friendly & always happy to help with any enquiries. The hostel also had information about the local activities, which is always a bonus if you are just passing through. The facilities were clean & the hostel was well located in the hub of Agnes Water.

Probably the best hostel I've been too. Really big, clean rooms, the shower area was really clean too. Free wifi and laundry. Very close to the greyhound bus stop and shops. We had a free BBQ one night. It has a really chilled vibe to it. Even though I was there for 2 nights, the staff were more like friends... More

The atmosphere here was so relaxed which suited me down to the ground and also fit the time of year. The rooms are very spacious for 10 bed dorms and the staff are more than happy to help with any problems you have. The WiFi works great in the communal area and the shops/beach are 2 minutes away. Highly recommend...
