Arrived after traveling over 1000 k's from Coober Pedy. Very tired and just wanting a bed, shower, cold beer and a feed, I made the mistake stopping here! After explaining three times I just want a room with an ensuit (kept on banging on about basic room with use of communal shower and toilets, when I repeatedly said no thanks... More

Stopped here on our route from the Gulf to Alice. Was greeted by the creepiest looking fella, who seem to be abducted by aliens himself, which is how he probably got the heartburn he told us about. We were told the only accommodation available was the most expensive one at 200 dollars a night. It was called a house but... More

30 years ago, this Alien-themed accommodation park might have been amusing - now, it's simply tragic. Tired, faded, broken, unkempt and filthy. Why did we stay here? We didn't know any better - we'd booked a 2 bedroom cabin based on minimal information (and old images) on the website and via telephone. That grubby, smelly lopsided cabin with its broken... More

This is the maddest place I've been to. Dubbed the UFO capital of Australia it is littered with ridiculous images, dummies and flying saucers. My personal favourites are a figure of the Hulk(What has he got to do with UFOs?) , Elvis and two bouncers outside the restaurant. It does have wonderful dark skies for star gazing of course. The... we stopped in here after a few hours of very hot driving. we thought it would be a bit of fun and we may spot something in the sky. went to reception, checked in, front desk staff seemed quite friendly, although once inside it was a pretty abysmal place. there wasn't much grass, the tent camping areas were on ant... Being very tired on-route to Alice Springs from Darwin and having had such a shocker the previous evening at the Daly Waters Pub (separate review) it was wonderful to be warmly welcomed by the smiling face of a sweet Japanese receptionist. Our cabin was truly wonderful! Spacious, air conditioning that would put an Airbus jet engine to shame (in power)... More

Many light years ago somebody(Maybe Martians) put a lot of time and effort into setting up this caravan park, but sadly now,its seems to be disappearing into a "Black Hole." I'm not interested in gimmicks, all I want is a clean, powered site and a clean, well maintained ablution block(Shower/toilet).Unfortunately,the cattle seem to have first preference here instead of the paying public. It took us... My travel companion and I planned to stay here on account of the potential of spotting a UFO, which of course we didn't, but we spot some other amazing things. First off I would like to say that the price for the powered site was good and the amenities are spotlessly clean, the showers were hot and our neighbours made... More

We stayed one night on a powered site here. Staff were friendly, our site was a drive through and was roomy with some grass. Ammenities appear a bit shabby on the outside but are very clean and reasonably well kept on the inside. We've stayed here in the past and were pleased to note that it was a lot busier... More

A nice little park, with aliens everywhere which my kids loved. They also loved the donkeys, emu's and cattle roaming. If you have kids I wouldn't suggest staying here as the locals get a but roudy and violent. Staff however are very friendly and helpful.
