my wife and i thought the manor was a lovely relaxing break on our journey south, we had a great lunch, the staff were hepful and friendly, if we pass that way again we would definately consider staying there.

We stayed here 1 night. It was nice and clean, rooms were good. Nice and friendly atomsphere. Restaurant had a nice atmosphere outdoors, we had dinner and breakfast. Meals were very nice.We saw the barramundi feeding in the morning. Definately the place to stay in Mataranka.

Territory Manor is a clean, cheap and cheerful place. It is budget accommodation and doesn't have any pretense at being more. Comfortable caravan park amenities and surroundings. Positioned near to Bitter Springs. Hired pool noodles from the caravan park for our afternoon at Bitter Springs. Dined at the caravan park restaurant and had the best beer battered barramundi and chips ever. Reasonably priced too! Even got to feed the pet barramundi in the dam!
