We stayed on a powered site for a week with our Camper Trailer. If you do not need Bouncy cushions or playground this is a great no frills park , the owners have a "nothing is to much trouble " attitude and are very welcoming , the thrice weekly sausage sizzle under the Banyan tree is a real plus ,... we stayed in a cabin for one night when visiting litchfield. owners were very friendly and helpful. provided us with towels, utensils, pots and pans for cooking in the camp kitchen. beds were generally comfortable and the owner showed us a "shortcut" for our journey. overall, we werent expecting much but were very pleasantly surprised. it is also more convenient... Enjoyed staying in a cabin for one night when visiting Litchfield National Park. After getting off to a shaky start with the owner on arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the cabin - nice furniture and comfortable bed - and had a good night's sleep. Facilities are what you would expect from a campsite and there were wallabies hopping about... More

We stayed three nights at a powered site with our caravan. She sites were shady and very pleasant. We saw wallabies in the nearby grass fields and the were lots of birds. The amenities block was quite adequate and clean. The owners were super friendly and helpful and we met lots of fellow travellers at the free sausage sizzle. We... More

With very low expectations, we were pleasantly surprised by the standard of one of the better cabins, with a large bed and a huge ensuite, only a few minutes from the entrance to the park, with friendly owners and they even had a free sausage sizzle on the first night.

This is certainly not a smart place but has oodles of character and is run by a couple of very friendly ex-German folk who are wonderful hosts. The pool was uncovered when we were there and not a place to linger in but hopefully they will have put the shade cloth up by now. We had a powered site back... More

From the out side the Banyan Tree Looked like every other Caravan Park but once we turned around the Bend you get a full view! we were ment to stay for a week but left early, because we just couldn't handle the cabin anymore! The cabin hadn't been cleaned in a while, there were spiders and cob webs under the... More

This is a quiet little spot on the road to Litchfield. We stayed in the Cabins where were clean and nice with a little fridge and kitchen. The resturant has some limited food options but realize that you are a few dozen miles from anything close to a town. This made our stay in Litchfield quite nice. There is a... More

We've stayed in many places... some fabulous... some low budget... but this was the most awful place my girlfriend and I have ever been to. In fact we cancelled our second night, (and cancelling was a difficult and unpleasant experience in itself) ,because we couldn't bear the thought of another night there. The toilets and showers were indescribably disgusting and... More

I stayed in a cabin at this campground on the way to Litchfield National Park. It is right before the entrance of the park so it is a great place to spend the night before or after exploring the park. The budget cabin was great (and can sleep up to 3 people), breakfast was included, and the toilet/bathroom block was... More
