After being back in London a week my partner and I are missing this place loads! After a brief stop in Katherine we stayed at Litchfield Tourist park for two nights on the way back to Darwin to catch our flight home. The staff were great and when we arrived gave us a map of Litchfield and told us what... More

My wife has never liked the idea of camping and with a 9 month-old boy and only two days to explore Litchfield in a week-long trip to Darwin we were after the easy path in and out and that is what we got at this place. As their slick website indicates they are the closest accommodation to the park and... More

After a long day of walking and experiencing the beauty of LItchfield National Park and it's waterfalls and swimming holes it was a pleasure to retire back to the lush green gardens and beautiful cabins of the Litchfield Tourist Park. We stayed in the new cabins which have everything you need. Comfortable beds, with spacious bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen with... More

We stayed at the Litchfield Tourist park recently and were pleasantly surprised with the surroundings. Beautiful lush lawns, well appointed cabins and friendly staff. Highly recommend cabin number 6, slightly elevated from the rest and with a lovely outlook over the lawns it was peaceful and very comfortable. All utensils etc supplied. Very clean private BBQ situated on the verandah.... More

We loved our stay here. We were in Cabin 2, well appointed, modern, comfortable beds, good fan and air-con, clean and functional. We were not far from the pool, which the kids spent hours in each afternoon. Information on arrival was excellent. Food was great, bit hot outdoors, but overhead fans kept the air circulating. Lots of gecko's and cane... More

We stayed 2 nights in their 'Stockman's Cabin' but it really is a very basic donga. The inclusions are as they advertise but for the $$ fee charged the customer deserves more. Cramped and basic are words that describe the cabin. With regard to getting dinner, we had to advise them by 4pm and be at the 'eating shed' exactly... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, family of 6 in a motorhome. Pristine, green and lush sites. Gorgeous views over cattle country, beautiful birdlife, flame trees. Very picturesque. Terrific open air bar/ restaurant. Great atosphere if you want to experience the outback life. Friendly owners/staff. Restaurant food is ok but a bit pricey for what you get (especially when feeding... More

We had a campervan and stayed here for three nights. The sites are large with power and water. There is a pool, which is not huge but is clean and perfect for cooling down. The facilities are clean and there are plenty of them. Some of the sites are covered but as you go further from the main part the... More

We are not campers, we'd much prefer to glamp it and Litchfield Tourist Park enables us to do just that. This was our second stay. The first was in a Stockman's Cabin in March 2013 and this time we stayed in a Ringer's Cabin in September 2014 and were not disappointed either time. On the edge of Litchfield National Park... We stayed here for one night, and were very pleased with the accommodation. All the staff are very friendly from the moment you arrive you are welcomed. Our cabin was very clean, and well sealed for any extra visitors!!! The bed was very very comfortable, the bathroom is very small but you are in a cabin! The only downside if... More
