The room itself was very good. Newer flooring, a/c unit, bathroom, bed, etc. Balcony overlooking water was excellent. Would recommend one of those room but have no experience with the others...Staff was friendly and helpful with English/French translation.

We stayed here during our Gaspé snowmobile trip, and it was an ok place for a night. The room was a little outdated but clean. Lots of parking for snowmobiles. Looks like they have a nice hotel pool. We are at the pastali restaurant and the food was decent but it took over 2 hours for our group of 7 to get our dinner!

Stayed for 1 night for our first stop coming from Percé. For the price for us it was very nice stay. Wood floor not carpet, clean room, very comfy bed and pillows we had a balcony facing the Lake with chairs. All the commodities you need and inside pool and Hot tub at the right temperature. Nice restaurant next door. All you need for a great stay. We would go back anytime and recommand to any of our friends. Thank you all for a great stay.

I was drawn to the motel by the pictures online of the modern looking front entry and pool...boy Was I fooled! The pool and front desk were the only parts of the hotel from this century. I had originally booked 3 nights but promptly left after 1...the room was old and nasty the electrical was questionable the 2 double beds were uncomfortable and crap. (old hard mattress with cheap sheets) the pull out was some kind of fake crocodile skin and very uncomfortable. The pool was nice but you had to go outdoors to access, the hot tub was in need of repair minor repairs and the water needed to be changed. The bathroom was old small and dirty and the toilet worked best if you flushed after every wipe...3 wipes without flushing and it's too bad for you (room is not equipped with a plunger) the staff were very nice and helpful and spoke good English. I feel $117 a night was too much.

I think the main hotel area where restaurant is located is more updated. Came by snowmobile. Gentleman at front desk didn't know where nearest gas was lol. It's across street to the left, diesel and gas setup for commercial vehicles but they served us. Also nice gas station & convenience store in next town before crossing river bridge to get to 5 east or west. My mistake for asking for a room with tub; it was in older wing separated from main area. It felt like an old army base. I think the kitchen units are below us. Our room & door was actually located in stairwell on ground level, we could hear everyone coming in an out plus in stairs. We could also hear through walls both outside and room next to us. An older style room wouldn't bother us it was as the evening passed we noticed things were overlooked. There was a visine bottle and pill wrapper behind bed - only plug for phone we found. To try and muffle the noise to sleep we wanted to turn on fan in ac/heat unit but it didn't work at all. So our room was one temperature - good thing we like it cool. Wifi was spotty we used our data. The soaker tub if your curious - NO WAY - was I getting in! My partner did but didn't turn on jets (where all the bacteria lingers). After a full day on trails through storm he really wanted to get in. The toilet and shower area was very small. There was hair in our shower; I wash while stepping on towel. The main hotel area, restaurant & billiards bar we recommend! Food & service good. Walking distance to McDonalds opens at 5am.

This very old motel was upgraded with some ok rooms but is still stuck in the 80’s for the everything else. All upgrade have been made with a very low standard of construction. You will be able to find a ok place to stay for the night but quite expensive for what you get. Here are some details: Yes the wifi is working and the TV too (if the batteries from the controler have been changed...) but everything else is a flash back in the 80´s! There’s a reason for so few pictures from the rooms on their website...you wouldn’t reserved here! I like my room super clean and it was ok except for the floor. Tile from the sealing falling off, shower with plastic wall with some holes half fixed, spider webs, shower not so clean... Beds were ok Pool ok but no locker room to change clothes?!? (Winter time !) very dark even with lights on. Pool was clearly maintained the same way as the hotel...but still look good and the kids loved it (3ft to 5ft deep) Towels at the pool are hand towel size. Gym close and locked for no reason. You will not find any english instruction around the pool. The courtesy of the staff at the front desk was professional. Enjoy your stay but just dont expect much.

A wonderful place to sleep over, eat, have a drink or play pool. The friendliest and most dévoted staff. Big bedroom and super clean. Confortable bed. Confy sheets. And the big bonus à view of the river and nearby forest 👍

Stayed here for 5 nights while on vacation visiting family and touring the east coast. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable and friendly staff that spoke some English. Price of room was good. There is a restaurant attached so it was convenient for dining. Food was excellent with reasonable prices.

This is a great property. You get what you pay for. My choice was a waterfront view. The rooms are up to date. Rooms are clean and spotless. The outside is a little outdate. But i was more interested on the inside which was great. The price was a little high but worth it. Plenty of parking. Has all you need for a pleasant stay. Will return.

We were on our way to visit friends in Chandler, Quebec and this hotel/motel is at the right distance for an overnight stay. It is located right on the highway so it was very easy to find. The room was OK, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of parking but we found it a bit pricey for no reason. We ate in the restaurant which was OK and there was a pool and hot tub but we did not use either. Everywhere we wanted to stay in the area was already booked so this was really our only choice.
