Travelled with another family had had 4 teens and 1 child between us. Pitched in middle of main field with lovely views. Stayed for 4 nights and found the campsite fantastic, toilets and showers good, washing up area all close by. We were right next to the beach, the holiday park (which we could use with free passes) and the... More

We had a lovely time here. The location was perfect, staff were so helpful and the facilities were excellent!loads of space to pitch up and a short walk to the village and the beach. Would highly recommend!

I've been coming to Croyde for 25 or more years. Back in 1988 there were a few static caravans behind the dunes and a beach club right on the corner of the beach. In the early 90's we used to come as a huge group and camp in the very field Surfers Paradise now use. Back then it was always... More

Im a bit confused with the negative reviews on here, we stayed in the more lively section and have to say was pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean and tidy, yes there were people returning late from the pub, but everyone was respectful and the place was very nice. To give you an idea, there were family's in this field and... More

Just back from a 3 night stay. Read the negative reviews before we went and we were a bit concerned, but as we were camping with a couple of teenagers and not young children we weren't too put off. Just as well as we had a great time. Very pleasantly surprised at the site. Toilets and showers were about as... More

We booked to come here for a weekend on our first camping trip, wishing to take advantage of the location right next to Croyde Beach. Initially when I had read the other recent negative reviews I panicked and even thought about cancelling. So glad that I didn't as it wasn't nearly as bad as others had made out. Although it... More

After reading recent reviews I was slightly nervous of staying here but it is one of the only places I could find that didn't have a min of 3 night stay. The site set up is very laid back with people being able to pitch up where they want. The field is a reasonable size and there was plenty of... More

We planned to stay here for two nights but after the first we moved to a lovely site up the road ,the site is very close to the beach so we thought it would be great,we were wrong the field got more packed than a sardine can and we realisd they emerge mostly large groups of youngsters . The noise... More

We had booked two nights here for a friends get together, we had stayed here before so thought we knew what to expect, although the price had gone up to £35 a night for a couple (quite expensive for a bit of grass!) what we discovered was a night mare, the campsite was full and all tents were crammed in together.... The camp side has a very strict rule to sell alcohol, what I normaly also would approve. But the sales woman in the campside shop made me very upset when I (26) tried to buy some beers and they didnt accept my official (!) swiss ID card to prove my age. They only wanted to see my passport (which I... More
