Me and my husband stayed here 9thsept 2013 for 11 nights. This is a honest review and if it helps at least one person I will be happy. First of all the apartments are very basic with a double hob, sink, toaster, table and chairs, and wardrobe only no drawers so not enough storage space even for two people also... More

How can I start - we were met at reception by a smiling face who recognised us and were speedily dealt with and issued with a key and even an extra one. The room was exactly where I requested. It was spotlessly clean and tidy with the air conditioning running to keep it cool. During our stay changes of linen... More

Just got back. Lloret is a small place, and this is centred ideally for all big clubs, but it's still not far from anything. The apartment is big enough for 2, if you're in a group it may get cramped even though it seems to be prepared for 4 people - 2 single beds, 2 sofas with bedding, 4 chairs,... More

Ok, will try to be fair and give bullet points. Just got back from here tonight. Will start with bad points then finish on good so its more positive. Bad points Staff on reception are extremely rude and unhelpful, no kettle in room despite asking twice, room basic, garden areas are a mess, walls are very thin...depends on ur neighbours... More

When the transfer coach pulled up outside the Bolero my instant response was "Oh my God, it's horrible." It looks really, really poor from the outside - a horrible dirty grey colour and outdated dirty-gold balconies. Would look so much better with a fresh coat of white paint. The room was ok but, for a five-day stay, we really would... More

Our family has stayed here at Bolero on three occasions in in October 2011, June 2012, and May 2013 Great value hotel in a quieter area of Lloret but only a five minute walk from the main nightlife in the town, beautiful "Fenals" beach about five minutes away down the steps at the rear of the hotel. Hotel very clean,... More

Booked through booking.com and despite Bolero Park being confident that they had no booking for me, booking.com had 2 confirmations for Bolero. Was moved elsewhere as fully booked but compelled to advise on the limited exposure. Place seemed dated and the receptionist was a combination of unhelpful, rude and unpleasant. Glad i was relocated!

We thought we had accidentally booked a youth hostel when we turned up here. It was quite late at night and there were a number of groups of drunk teenagers hanging over their balconies screaming. The guy on reception was more than rude, and the disappointment continued as we walked in to our room. We had the misfortune of being... More

I stayed at the Bolero Park apartments in June with my netball team as we had come to Lloret de Mar for a tour. The hotel itself is well located, an easy walk into the main town area with two supermarkets (one small, one large) within a few minutes walk. Upon arrival we were considerably early but were allowed to... More
