stayed here in may the hotel was lovely and clean staff wouldnt have any messing around at night they soon told you to be quite the pools were lovely they only down side was the pools were cold but we did go in may they might be hotter when it warms up more i would go back more

Stayed in this hotel last July. It's a great complex, but didn't think much of the resort. Plenty to entertain during the day and at night, football compeitions etc in the day, and the reps were great with the kids. Poolside snackbar was good. more

i reccomend aparthotel costa encantada, it was fantastic in every way the only thing that spoilt it was the weather, gorgeous apartments and great staff, food was ok, acceptable, but i assure you it is great for british travellers, go for it! more

As a party of 7,we tried to look for somewhere that would cater for all our needs,as we had a toddler at 18 months,a teenager,and granny with us.The Encantada did not dissapoint. We booked a last minute break here for 2 adults and 2 kids for May half term. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and the cleaning team were excellent. From when the coach dropped us off until it collected us we had the best time. The hotel staff were most friendly and the entertainment team were great. The hotel was spotless and service was all round superb. I'd recommend it to anyone more
