this hotel was horrendous. i went on tour last week with my university and whilst you can't expect luxury, you should be able to expect manners. we were greeted with hostility and the dinner staff were rude and unhelpful. when asked if there was any drinks available we were shouted at and despite speaking spanish got nowhere. an absolute disgrace....
