Dawn, East London. We arrived at 11.30am, and we were kept in the foyer until 1pm until the room was ready, even though I explained I was with my elderly mother and my disabled sister. Me, my husband and are 16 year old daughter went for a week. Three single beds side by side, in a small room with no room to walk around them. Signs all around the pool no ball games & no air beds. WHAT A JOKE you would be only two steps in the pool and a ball would hit you.... more
