Our room was great, very large and clear, more an apartment than a room. The staff was not always helpful, especially with using the free wi-fi that we actually never have been able to use. This hotel was fine until the great tourism boom hit Trapani. The owner has raised the prices for the rooms but you don't get anything additional. The staff are all very nice.
