A nice, friendly, small hotel with very helpful staff. Although the immediate surroundings are a bit run down, location is extremely convenient and the hotel itself tastefully decorated and kept very clean. My room was spacious, and had good free wi-fi coverage. Room lighting was a bit too dim but the rest was really up to expectations or better. Would... More

Very well located in Trapani. Very warm welcome. Our room was large, clean and quiet, but very dark and the furniture are a little weird (blue ?) I don't know if it is the case for others rooms. Breakfast was not included and a little pricey (7 euros) even if the terrace is nice. We hesitate for the evaluation between... More

We liked Le Chiavi very much, it was preferable to the place we stayed on a previous visit to Trapani. The room was a good size, beds are comfortable, The ensuite facilities were also good. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street. There is parking along by by the Port (you need to park on the spaces with... More

Let's start with the good points: the hotel is really cosy, as well as the rooms, which are quite big. The decoration is amazing, and it's right in the historical city center. Breakfast was good as well, with a little bit of everything. However, if you're driving a car, you'll have problems and the lady at the reception desk was... More

Arrived at this lovely hotel after a recommendation. Late night arrival but lovely receptionist was available to greet us. Rooms are lovely, spacious and kept beautifully clean. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely and relaxing. No view from room as it was at side of hotle but we didnt mind as it was a little quieter from the street... More

We booked this hotel as an affordable long weekend to celebrate my birthday, but weren't expecting much as we didn't pay very much at all ... But the hotel blew us away! We had an annexe with a large lounge area complete with 2 extremely comfy couches, TV and plenty of sunlight.. Our kitchenette had everything ... Large fridge/freezer (stocked... More

We arrived here for a three night break. We had never been to Trapani, or Italy. We arrived late night at the hotel. The staff are wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. Our room was on the second floor. Really immaculate and very spacy. There is a lot of noise from seagulls that woke us up through the night... More

it did not look like a 4- star hotel. Our room looked a bit shabby. There was a damp patch on the wall under the air conditioner.( look at the picture) But actually the hotel was not so bad. .If one wants to get the feeling of Sicily life, it's a good place to stay..Sometimes while going to bed Ii...
