Ville du Soleil consists of a small number of recently built, but in traditional style, two-floor villas. It is located on a hill overlooking the plains below it and the sea. The view from the terrace is truly superb. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The owner is very friendly and ready to provide help... More

This was by far one of the best vacations ever. The house was great with free wifi and satellite tv. The rooms are relaxing with a great view from the terrace. Costas the owner is one of the coolest people I had the pleasure to meet. Very funny and outgoing. Chica, his dog, is a cute and lively young lady.... More

Recently built villa in a traditional style is a good combination. We were spoilt for space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and large main room. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome included herbs, oils, coffee, tea, home made jams etc (you get the picture). We did not make much use of the kitchen since Costas's recommended restuarants... More

My mother and I just spent 2 heavenly weeks here!! I cannot say enough about the area, the accommodation and the wonderful host we found in Costas! He was extremely welcoming and helpful in every way from making recommendations of places to travel/eat/stay etc to saving our electronic lives with a charger when ours didn't work.. just to name a... Once upon a time....we met Kostas.....and then we found our second home! It has a beautiful panoramic view over the sea and olive groves. The house is very well-equipped, with a lovely and welcome package of food including local honey and bread, olive oil, home made strawberry jam and of course Raki! Generally is a very charming and elegant place... More

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in the beginning of October. It was absolutely the best part of our trip in Crete (and Santorini). Our spacious villa had an upstairs terrace with a hammock, a kitchen already equipped with three different types of coffee (Greek, espresso, and filter), not to mention homemade jams, olive oil, and, most... With our 3 year old girl in tow, we were debating whether to go for an all inclusive two week lobotomy with a kids club thrown in to ease the pain, or keep it real with an independent trip to see the beaches and wonders of south east Crete. How glad we were to have done the latter, ending up... More

We stayed in Ville de Soleil for 3 nights. The stone villa has a beautiful panoramic view over the sea and olive groves. The house is very well-equipped, with two terraces. We even had BBQ at the villa with local fishes from the area. The owner Kostas is an amazingly friendly, generous and hospitable guy. He is so welcoming and... More

We stayed at the Ville du Soleil for one week and had a fantastic time. Kostas, the owner is the best host you can wish for. He is so entertaining, has so much to tell you about Greece, its people, culture, way of life...it is fantastic what kind of insight you can get. The house we stayed in, number 1,... More

Just one word: perfect. Stone-made villa, with a lot of wood inside, clean, bright, sunny, warm, with really enough space for two of us - we've been there with my wife, but I'm sure 4 people would feel also comfortable, there are two bedrooms - close to the nice beaches (some of them completely empty!). Costas - I have no... More
