It is a good hotel, nice breakfast (not outstanding but good enough), good service from the staff but we had trouble with the wifi inside the room as it was very slow. We tried the wired Ethernet option but it didn't work either. Good overall and in great distance from some tourist spots

We’ve stayed at the Ramada Casa Hotel from Sunday till Friday with three persons on a business trip. The rooms are clean and tidy. The airco on the room was a disaster. When you want to cool the room the temperature goes up. When you want to heat to room it goes up to. I then opened the windows on... More

We had stayed one night at this hotel. English of the staff were poor. I had difficulties to find my room with my luggage. The room was okay. The bathroom and the toilet was good. I prefer showers so the bathroom is good for me. The meal were not the best in my life but was adequate. but when we... More

Was there for 5 nights in late Dec 2013. Front desk service was alright but could have been better because when I asked for directions, the service office kept telling me to take a cab when I told her I just want to walk around the hotel area. Was given a room on the 9th floor and does not come... More

The only reason I gave this three stars instead of two is because the location was good, the scenery outside the room is very nice. It is pity as the hotel is in a great location for sightseeing. The East Gate of the old city wall with its old-style walking street is also just across the river. The rooms are... More

2 nights in this Hotel in the beginning of September, maybe I have slept 4 hours!!! When I travel for business the only thing I'm looking for is a good Hotel where it is possible to sleep! In these room is impossible, not talking about the dimension, (there is no space for the luggage), during the night it seems to... More

I spent four nights here in May and whilst clean, tidy and fairly comfortable I found it quite cold and soulless. There isn't a bar area, just a large open seating area with no television or character about it, not somewhere you'd really enjoy a beer and watch the world go by on a business trip, this makes it quite... I have to admit that the scenery outside the room is very nice. It is part of the old Grand Canal site. And till now it is still alive, tourists from all over the world would like to have a visit of the grand canal especiall at night. Well, back to the hotel, the service is very nice, the enviroment... I stayed here for a couple of nights in late March and would avoid, if i could, in the future. Outside of the rooms, the hotel mostly smells of smoke, the rooms, while updated, are bizarre: bathrooms with glass walls that are completely open to the bedroom. So let's say you are sharing the room, if you are on the... More

This is a poor hotel with untrained and dis interested staff. If you want to check in or out , thee is no order to the waiting and if there is a large grips say 5 or more its a rugby scrum. The staff don't help either , constantly turning attention to whomever shouts loudest. The rooms are ok, large... More
