Near the airport and Cable Car station. Breakfast is very good. Clean and comfortable. (On the other hand I had been flying for two days and could have slept in the shower.) English is spoken. The hotel is very close to Zhangjiajie Hehua airport and not far from the Tianmen Cable Car Station and the Fox Fairy show. You can easily find the taxi from this hotel but I recommend you to ask the staff to help you get the taxi, if you don't speak Chinese. Some staffs can speak English well. Breakfast is good.... I stayed here for 4 nights with friends in Jan. 2014, and it was fine. I didn't have any particular complaints about the room (except that the water from the shower kept spilling over onto the bathroom floor which was annoying). The hotel is really big in term of number of rooms. Might be due to low season, the heater in the room doesn't works well. It's such a COLD night in there, the hotel is old and need to refurbish. The room is big though. THe breakfast is average

It was very unfortunate that we needed to change to this hotel (from Pullman) on our 3rd night in Zhangjiajie because it's closer to the airport. Good location in a rapidly growing town. The hotel is full of chinese tourists and can be very crowded. The rooms are okay, some of them have great views of the mountains. The front desk folks in general are courteous. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. The entire lobby was occupied by many tour groups. Although wifi is free, the wifi was spotty and ironically doesn't even reach the rooms. Our package included free breakfast. If you don't have high expectations, its sufficient. Be aware, while this states it is an international hotel, the staff barely speak English. It is one of the nicer hotels in Zhangjiajie (the other apparently being the Sunshine Hotel). Stayed in this hotel for one night after moving from Zhangjiajie National Park area for our visit to Tianmen Mountain and train transfer the following day.
