The hotel is very close to Zhangjiajie Hehua airport and not far from the Tianmen Cable Car Station and the Fox Fairy show. You can easily find the taxi from this hotel but I recommend you to ask the staff to help you get the taxi, if you don't speak Chinese. Some staffs can speak English well. Breakfast is good.... More

I stayed here for 4 nights with friends in Jan. 2014, and it was fine. I didn't have any particular complaints about the room (except that the water from the shower kept spilling over onto the bathroom floor which was annoying). They have a small gift shop that sells fruits, snacks, and beer as well as other trinkets. The breakfast... More

The hotel is really big in term of number of rooms. Might be due to low season, the heater in the room doesn't works well. It's such a COLD night in there, the hotel is old and need to refurbish. The room is big though. THe breakfast is average

It was very unfortunate that we needed to change to this hotel (from Pullman) on our 3rd night in Zhangjiajie because it's closer to the airport. I don't think it's worth to move to save some driving time. Believe it or not, they gave us worn towels!! They were worst than our floor mop at home. The shower floor was... More

Good location in a rapidly growing town. The hotel is full of chinese tourists and can be very crowded. The rooms are okay, some of them have great views of the mountains. The breakfast is good , but can be very busy. Don't expect much of western breakfast which was okay with us. Difficult to communicate in English with the... More

The front desk folks in general are courteous. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. The entire lobby was occupied by many tour groups. Although wifi is free, the wifi was spotty and ironically doesn't even reach the rooms. Our package included free breakfast. If you don't have high expectations, its sufficient. I enjoy Chinese breakfast so a glass... More

Be aware, while this states it is an international hotel, the staff barely speak English. It is one of the nicer hotels in Zhangjiajie (the other apparently being the Sunshine Hotel). On arrival we were asked to pay for the room which we had already done through Agoda, so take your piece of paper that confirms your payment with you.... More

PROS: *The rooms were clean and roomy *Staff was very friendly *We paid around $60 a night, which was fair. I don't think it's worth any more than that. CONS: *Breakfast was adequate, but the western breakfast offerings were a little weak. I asked the woman making eggs for an omelette and she just stared blankly at me, so I... More

Stayed in this hotel for one night after moving from Zhangjiajie National Park area for our visit to Tianmen Mountain and train transfer the following day. The hotel was completely full as was taken over by a business convention. This made breakfast a real challenge. The rooms are very large with reasonably comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom has a... More

After a long flight, being very tired, check-in took forever. None of the receptionists could speak or understand any English. We booked the hotel on Booking.com, and when we wanted to check in the hotel wanted to charge us more than it's stated price on Booking.com. On the website, we booked a bouble room..yet at the hotel they wanted us... More
