We were booked into this hotel by our business partners, it was our first time to China and not sure what to expect. The hotel worked and was an interesting experience but a long way from a 5 star international hotel. The rooms are tired and it has a dull feel to the hotel and service levels. But with few... More

This is a good hotel, but definitely not a five star as advertised here. Bed is a bit hard, bfast is not great, but Japanese restaurant is all right and massage is one of the best I ever had. Whole two hours of bliss. The spa decor is simply something you must not pay attention to. Internet is fast, ask... More

This is a really inexpensive luxury hotel that is not very frequented by Westerners. For example we met Shaquile O'Neal in the lobby as he was looking for a less crowded place to stay as well. The hotel itself is a luxurious 5 star hotel for about $100 per night. Having said that the hotel is nothing special in terms... More

Looking pretentious, in a Las Vegas sort of way, it doesn't quite live up to its looks. Beds are very very firm. No battery in the clock, TV remote damaged, only a few foreign channels on TV. They very kindly left a Chinese newspaper in the room (but as they might have seen in my passport, or from my distinctly... More

The hotel is decorated with a mixture of different architectural styles. The enormous lobby has a grand marble stairway and lighted palm trees. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with contemporary amenities of a 5-star hotel. Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool in a lovely setting. The western restaurant offers scrumptious a la carte and bountiful buffet. There is... More

It was 3 degree celcıus outside and there is no heating in the room, with no better hotel alternative. Definitely to visit only in spring and summer. Very good japanese restaurant with perfect service and food.
