The nastiest hotel we have ever stayed at. Rooms were not clean, bathrooms very outdated, beds extremely uncomfortable. Felt unsafe. Stay away from this one! We paid $60 per night and this is very overpriced for the status of the room. Bedspreads very worn and outdated. No blankets other than bedspreads. Wish we would have held out for another exit... After a long day took a chance and stopped here because it was right off I-95. Quite possibly the worst most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Peeling wallpaper, stained toilet, melted lampshades. There is a fridge and microwave in the room but I am afraid to open either. Sleeping in a bus station restroom would have been an improvement.

Not easy to get to,you felt isolated and out in the boonies. Took forever to check in even though they certainly were not busy. Ever since there was so much stuff on TV a few years ago about checking for bedbugs, we always follow the suggestion given. We don't put our luggage on the bed,and we pull back the sheets... More

Red Carpet is a nice inexpensive place to stay, I would stay there again & would recommend it to others. The price was not bad & the manager was very nice & friendly, conveniently located to places to eat, buy gas & shop.

It was awful the mattress cover did NOT fit, The Carpet was dirty, and not enough towels. The Restaurant was closed also, I also woke up too HOT, It was the worst place I ever stayed . I needed to plug my phone to charge it and the outlet near the sink did NOT work.

We live near by. It was over 95 degrees and our A/C broke. So we made a reservation via a toll free number. We were told that just go to the Red Carpet Inn, and use the conformation number that we were given to check in check in. I was also told that they had an outdoor pool. When we... More

This was a nightmare of a hotel room, definitely a smokers room, very very dirty...no phone, no remote for tv, words were worn off on tv so you didn't even know what was channel, volume or power. furniture was following apart. The shower was disgusting, and tile in bathroom was filthy. There was no drain in tub, and someone else's... More

This is the former Econolodge listed below. PLEASE take the time to read the reviews. I had intended to stay in Fayetteville, but there were tornado warnings so I stopped here as the room in the Econo Lodge in Wilkes-Barre was superb. The hotel does not have security chains on the doors!!!!! Room 129: There was a coffee maker but... More

My fiance and I had the misfortune of staying in this place on our way back home from a wonderful New Years trip. We were tired and looking for a clean, reasonably-priced place off the interstate, and we came across this hole. I always check reviews before booking, but unfortunately, being on the road, I was without internet access, so... More
