Great little motel, clean and quiet. Reasonably priced. Fridge and microwave in your room. I would recommend it. County is dry so NO beer or liquor sales, so remember to stock up before you come. Restaurants near by.

This is a very quaint but lovely motel. Nothing fancy, but clean.. You can BBQ in the front yard, have a fire in the fire pit and roast marshmallows. One street off main road and quiet. Wether your here to motorcycle ride or just leaf peeping, it's a comfort to come home to. Reba, your hostess, will help you in... More

If you are looking for the Hyatt this is not for you. Older motel with older amenities but nice owner and quaint firepits in front to relax at night. The county is dry so bring your own cocktails to sit outside and visit. Rooms need alot of updating but we loved it.

Found this motel on the internet. It's old but really quaint. Reba, the owner is very friendly. The service is excellent and a good value for what you pay. She had a carport for motorcycles only which was nice. Also a burn pit in the front if you wanted to sit by the fire. The restaurant next door had an... More

Stopped for the night after doing the dragon. Can only describe it as unique as in reflective of tastes and décor of days past. Owner/manager is an elderly lady who deals with clients through a pass-through window tray. No problems with that nor her. Good a good night's sleep.

If you are a biker or even just wanting a little vacation away from the crowds, this the place. The people that run this motel are very friendly and nice. It maybe a older motel but the location is the reason why we chose it off the main road and there is a restaurant right next door, in which the... More

Not much I can add that others have not covered. Room 108 was very dated, I think the carpet was there to simply cover the soil, very uneven floor. Air conditioning was a window unit from the 60s I think, very noisy, so I tolerated the heat vs the noise. Bed was comfortable, but then any bed would have been... More

If you're looking for a low-key vacation; it's hard to beat the area. Plenty of hiking, biking and the best motorcycle roads the Eastern corridor has to offer. Lots of local restaurants to choose from but if you're looking for a chain, may have to travel a bit. However, there is a grocery store within walking distance. The accommodations are... More

I have to begin by echoing other reviews: Better than a tent and definitely friendly. I also like the outdoor courtyard and seating area. Otherwise... What's with the bank security window at check in? The owner, while incredibly friendly, kept forgetting to hit the intercom and continued to talk to us - we saw her mouth moving but no sound,... I ended up here since the other hotels were sold out, was midnight and it was that or sleeping in the car. This hotel have separate cabins, which is a great concept for motorcycles, the owners live there and are great people. The place is clean, BUT, the rooms are old and worn, furniture, bed, curtains, tv, have seen better... More
