If you want a non smoking room that smells like an ash tray, you found the right place.
We stayed here because it was $43 less than the Hampton Inn next to it. My family was returning from a Disney World vacation and we needed to get a good night sleep. All I got was scratchy eyes and throat. Stinky smokey room that made your eyes water.
This place is dated and the air conditioning was not working great. Toilet did not flush easily and the bath fixtures were falling apart. You get what you pay for in this Hole of a hotel. I find that Hampton Inns are constantly better. Should have paid a little more and got a better night sleep. Oh, and the pool is depressing to bring little kids to.

As Hotel Manager of the Quality Inn-Roanoke Rapids, I am concerned when a guest has a stay that is less than 100% satisfactory.
