I typically enjoy staying at Residence Inn properties due to the large rooms and cleanliness, but this one was a big disappointment. The exterior doors were unexpected, the guest staying next to us had a "smoking area" set up right outside her door, so we were treated to her lawn chair and trash and cigarette smoke each time we came... Thank you for taking the time to fill out a review. First off I would like to say I am sorry that you experienced these isssues while staying with us. We try our best to control the outside areas around each building and there are times when a guest doing what they think is the right thing by smoking outside... More

Our family of four was in Raleigh for a night, visiting friends and going to the ball park. This hotel was central to everything we needed.. not too far from Durham Athletic Park, downtown and the friend's house. Residence Inn's have a typical floor plan, double beds, kitchen, living area with fireplace and bathroom. What I like is the residential... More

The property itself was well taken care of, the free breakfast was very nice, but on the 2nd night of our stay,a large cockroach walked across the nightstand, while the lights and tv were on! After packing and immediately going to the desk, the clerks did not seem to be surprised at all. Granted they were gracious enough to help us relocate... More

We recently stayed at the Residence Inn on Navaho Drive in Raleigh. This property reminds me of apartment units rather than a hotel. You enter the rooms from an outside courtyard area. It was raining when we arrived so we did get a bit wet walking up the stairs to our room. There is a good size kitchen, living room,... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath penthouse suite. Lol... a little misleading. My husband and I stayed with 2 teenagers for 1 week while they attended a program at nc state. Quite comfortable though a bit worn. Free breakfast, and also dinner mon thru thurs. Not upscale or fancy, but good value and convenient location. Would stay again.... More

Was in the area for a child's sports camp for a week and we could not have chose a better place. The atmosphere is that of a townhome or condo rather than a hotel. I really have nothing bad to say. A full hot breakfast is included with different options daily AND a full dinner and drinks Monday-Thursday night! For... More

I love to stay here when I travel to Raleigh on business and know that I have the time to eat at the Bahama Breeze across the street. The hotel is great and as a platinum rewards member, I have always received an upgrade. Customer service is very good here and that usually sets the tome for my stay. The... More

I selected this hotel property because a friend and I needed a respite break from being 24/7 caregivers to elderly relatives...and to celebrate one of our birthday's with a concert at Walnut Creek Amphitheater on July 19. We both love crab legs, so we picked up our supplies at a nearby Harris-Teeter grocery store and enjoyed the kitchen facilities, About... More

I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriot in mid town Raleigh, North Carolina. While the room was clean and had all the amenities that a residence inn should have, the bug situation was out of control! Everyday I had more bug bites. When I check out, at the end of my stay, I told the manager that he should... More

Thank you for staying with us here in Raleigh. I would like to take a moment to apologize for this most unfortunate situation. We do have regularly scheduled treatments both indoors and outdoors. This hotel was one of the worst experiences I have EVER had in a hotel. The room itself was pretty nice besides of the really loud refrigerator. The frig was so loud that I tried unplugging it, but couldn't find the outlet. We were traveling from the Washington, D.C. area - about a 6 hour drive. It all started when... More
