We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath penthouse suite. Lol... a little misleading. My husband and I stayed with 2 teenagers for 1 week while they attended a program at nc state. Quite comfortable though a bit worn. Free breakfast, and also dinner mon thru thurs. Not upscale or fancy, but good value and convenient location. Would stay again.... More

Was in the area for a child's sports camp for a week and we could not have chose a better place. The atmosphere is that of a townhome or condo rather than a hotel. I really have nothing bad to say. A full hot breakfast is included with different options daily AND a full dinner and drinks Monday-Thursday night! For... More

I love to stay here when I travel to Raleigh on business and know that I have the time to eat at the Bahama Breeze across the street. The hotel is great and as a platinum rewards member, I have always received an upgrade. Customer service is very good here and that usually sets the tome for my stay. The... More

I selected this hotel property because a friend and I needed a respite break from being 24/7 caregivers to elderly relatives...and to celebrate one of our birthday's with a concert at Walnut Creek Amphitheater on July 19. We both love crab legs, so we picked up our supplies at a nearby Harris-Teeter grocery store and enjoyed the kitchen facilities, About... More

I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriot in mid town Raleigh, North Carolina. While the room was clean and had all the amenities that a residence inn should have, the bug situation was out of control! Everyday I had more bug bites. When I check out, at the end of my stay, I told the manager that he should... More

Thank you for staying with us here in Raleigh. I would like to take a moment to apologize for this most unfortunate situation. We do have regularly scheduled treatments both indoors and outdoors. When anyone has an issue we address each one and we contact our outside pest company to address each of these issues. These are not the experiences... More

This hotel was one of the worst experiences I have EVER had in a hotel. The room itself was pretty nice besides of the really loud refrigerator. The frig was so loud that I tried unplugging it, but couldn't find the outlet. We were traveling from the Washington, D.C. area - about a 6 hour drive. It all started when... More

Spent the worst night I've ever stayed at any hotel. People partied at our room door from 10 pm until 3 am. Hotel staff were notified 3 times during that time before finally taking action at 3 am. Then at 10 am, I went to checkout while my wife showered. When she stepped from the shower, there was the hotel... More

Lots of trash in the covered in areas leading to the rooms. Noisy a/c and our bedroom was right next to four that all ran all the time. Even with the windows closed, it was noisy. Maid came into the room without knocking and found us there. All was fine, but maids need to learn how to knock before automatically... More

We arrived late in the evening, approx 10pm. Had to get the attention of the clerk. He informed us that he was filling in for someone else. Because he was filling in, he was not able to let me know the best place to park my car to unload. The room was adequate but dated. The next morning, we ate... More

We stopped at the Residence Inn Midtown for a one night stay on a weekend recently. The Inn is an older style Marriott with external access to each room. Our second story room was very nice, clean, spacious with the full kitchen and two Baths (always a great perk). The staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet had fresh foods,... More
