I had chosen this property due to its close proximity to the interstate, malls and restaurants. This trip was just another getaway trip for the extended weekend with nothing but some good old fashioned relaxation planned but the heavy downpour during the trip from Richmond made the ride down exhausting and after checking in after 6 all we wanted to... My husband, his parents, and I stayed here for five nights while attending wedding festivities that week for my brother-in-law. We enjoyed the apartment feel to the place. My FIL enjoyed spending our free time at night and in between engagements watching football in the "living room" and being able to relax in a home like environment. We found the... More

Jenny, Thank you for staying with us here at Residence Inn. I am happy that you were able to relax and enjoy your time here. The loft rooms are great for families they give plenty of space to spread out and everyone can have their own space. I will definitely address the rooms weather stripping and make sure they are... I generally don't enjoy the old-style Residence Inns, which sometimes strike me as pretty seedy. This one definitely had a retro look and feel inside the room, but it was clean and the room was substantial in size. Plus, of course, the full kitchen. Combined with the low rate we got for the weekend, I was happy I gave this... More

This was a pleasant surprise!!! The staff did everything possible to make us feel welcome and special. The rooms are arranged in about 8 per two story building giving the property the feel of a resort. Our room was quiet with the exception of a louder than normal HVAC system. The room felt much more like a home than a... More

Our group had a 3 week stay and I just want to say the staff was very courteous. Wayne, Jimmy and the whole staff made sure our needs were met. The breakfast and dinner that was part of our stay was very good. If I ever come back to Raleigh I will definitely stay here. I did not see anything... More

I typically enjoy staying at Residence Inn properties due to the large rooms and cleanliness, but this one was a big disappointment. The exterior doors were unexpected, the guest staying next to us had a "smoking area" set up right outside her door, so we were treated to her lawn chair and trash and cigarette smoke each time we came... Thank you for taking the time to fill out a review. First off I would like to say I am sorry that you experienced these isssues while staying with us. Our family of four was in Raleigh for a night, visiting friends and going to the ball park. This hotel was central to everything we needed.. not too far from Durham Athletic Park, downtown and the friend's house. Residence Inn's have a typical floor plan, double beds, kitchen, living area with fireplace and bathroom. What I like is the residential... More

The property itself was well taken care of, the free breakfast was very nice, but on the 2nd night of our stay,a large cockroach walked across the nightstand, while the lights and tv were on! After packing and immediately going to the desk, the clerks did not seem to be surprised at all. Granted they were gracious enough to help us relocate... More

We recently stayed at the Residence Inn on Navaho Drive in Raleigh. This property reminds me of apartment units rather than a hotel. You enter the rooms from an outside courtyard area. It was raining when we arrived so we did get a bit wet walking up the stairs to our room. There is a good size kitchen, living room,... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath penthouse suite. Lol... a little misleading. My husband and I stayed with 2 teenagers for 1 week while they attended a program at nc state. Quite comfortable though a bit worn. Free breakfast, and also dinner mon thru thurs. Not upscale or fancy, but good value and convenient location. Would stay again.... More

Patty, Thank you for taking the time to send in a note about your stay with us. We value your business and hope that when in town you will again choose us over the others.
