We couldn't be more pleased with the Southern hospitality we received at the Sheraton Raleigh! Our family stayed 4 nights with lots of family and friends to celebrate our son's wedding in Raleigh. Front desk attendants went out of their way to accommodate requests for clustering rooms our large group. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to make... more

I was recently married in downtown Raleigh and had the most wonderful experience with our reception at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel. I cannot thank Susan Blakesley and the wonderful staff at the Sheraton enough for making our special day more wonderful than we ever could have dreamed of. I am definitely a stickler for details, and Susan made sure that... more

We stayed at the Sheraton Raleigh for three nights to attend a wedding, with the reception also held at the Sheraton. Our room was very nice, tastefully decorated with modern features. A nice big flat screen TV with many channels. I was even able to watch Dexter before the season premiere for free with a special key card given to... more

Through 7 years of travelling for business, this was the ultimate worst hotel that I have stayed in. I have stayed in many Sheratons all over the country and never had any major issues with them. This one, however, was not up to any of the usual standards that they have for their chain. Once I arrived to check in,... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a graduation. It is located in downtown Raleigh which was convenient. Also, parking for the hotel was in a garage across the street. It was nice to stay in dwontown and not have to pay for valet parking. Although the hotel has Sheraton attached to its name, it's independently operated. Therefore,... more

This hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the Raleigh Conference Center where our Conference was being held. The hotel ambiance was nice, but there were a few downsides. The breakfast buffet was advertised as costing around $11. When we got the bill, we noticed that we were each charged $16 - the extra was for our beverages. A... more

The hotel's a pretty standard Sheraton - nothing fancy, but perfectly decent. The fitness center is tiny: three treadmills, (one of which was broken), a stepper, and a bike, along with one nautilus machine and a weight bench. Whole hotel was non-smoking, but my room smelled very faintly of smoke. Five minutes of airing out would probably have solved it,... more

Stayed at the Sheraton Raleigh en route to another locale. Mid week stay. Staff was very pleasant and responsive. Hotel was okay. Rooms are listed as being recently renovated - but I think it is probably more accurate to say that the furniture has been upgraded. Linens were old. Pool was dirty, could see bandaids floating in the pool. Jacuzzi... more

We were in town for a wedding and spent 2 nights at the Sheraton in January. The hotel has been recently remodeled since a brand new Marriott opened down the street. Basic King room was a bit on the small side and the bathroom was tight if two people needed to get ready at the same time. We had a... more
