what a surprise! rooms were fantastic and spotless- great interior design and functionality. Looks like they were just redone. Beds were fabulous; staff were full of smiles and service. Walking distance to a great mall with all the latest hot stores. I would highly recommend this hotel to Raleigh travelers. Also very convenient to the North Carolina Museum of Art. more

We stayed here because the price was right relative to the competition (via [--]) . The room was perfectly fine, if you don't mind the view being the hotel roof. Amenities were a bit of a joke in comparison to other hotels of equal quality ... internet is $10 per day, a bottle of water placed in the room is... more

Stayed for a mom and me weekend together and it was fabulous. From the moment you walk in they treat you like queens. They had fresh lemondae and peach tea along with some snacks in the lobby. Hot coffee round the clock. They asked if I had a particular room, and I just said whatever was nice. She gave us... more

We stayed at this Marrriot on April 20, 2007. The front desk staff was pleasant on check in and throughout our stay. We were assigned to room 469. The musty, moldy stench in that room was just awful. There is no way we could have spent the night there. They graciously changed us to room 563, which also had a... more

We stayed at the Marriott Crabtree Valley from December 22 - 26, 2006. We were visiting family nearby for the holidays so this was a very convenient hotel. We stayed here with Marriott points. This seems to be an older Marriott hotel as the rooms are quite small and the layout is not very customer friendly. You come into the... more

Very Nice hotel. There are other Marriott properties across the street but this one offers the nicest amenaties by far. One thing I do not like is that this Marriott like most others charges $10 for High Speed Internet access. more

We used Marriott Rewards points (so am not sure of what a typical night's stay would cost), with no issues. This is one of the nicer properties in the area, conveniently located in the Crabtree area. Downtown was a quick drive, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The... more

After driving all night from boston,MA the hotel was kind enough to allow us to check in way ahead of the normal check in time. The room was perfect, the beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was exceptionally clean. There was a nice restaurant downstairs and the indoor/outdoor heated pool was a hit with my daughter. Another plus was the... more

First time I've stayed at this Courtyard and had a great experience. Free shuttle to and from Airport. Shuttle will also take you to restaurants near the hotel. Unlike many Courtyards this location actually had a bar and served dinner Monday thru Thursday. The other days it was just Breakfast. I conducted a meeting at this location and found the... more

My family stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. If you want to go to the mall, you can't beat the location as it's walking distance (though you definitely have to hurry across the busy road). Lots of popular restaurants (Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, etc) are at or near the mall. So is a Starbucks and a Barnes... more
