We stayed here for only 1 night. The rooms were typical Marriott quality with wonderful, comfy beds, and as always, lots of feather pillows (our typical option). They were able to give us early check-in as requested since our flight landed at 9:30am... We were in Raleigh to attend a wedding, and shortly before the wedding, my husband noticed that... more

Marriott Crabtree is an clean and well-located hotel for the Raleigh area. We took advantage of the free airport-hotel shuttle (although we did have to wait 30minutes, but no problem). Check in was simple, and the room was clean and maid service was prompt. People at the hotel were friendly, and it's location right across the street from the Crabtree... more

We stayed at the Crabtree Marriott for two nights with our grandchildren. The hotel staff was exceptionally accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the garden area. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great fun, and the bathrooms were clean. The reception area had complementary drinks and goodies for the... more

Three work associates and I stayed at the Marriott Crabtree for two nights while attending a professional conference that was held at the hotel. Overall, I was very pleased. Relatively easy to find, the Marriott Crabtree is situated directly across the street from a great mall. Having shopping and restaurants nearby was very convenient during my off-time from the conference.... more

As far as Marriotts go, this hotel was a disappointment. The parking situation is terrible! The hotel was clean but nothing special as far as amenities. I did really like the Bath & Body Works shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided. The store was out of toothbrushes so I had to go to Target down the road to buy one. more

Traveled to Raleigh recently for business. The kids didn't have school, so everyone road along. Went to bed around 10:30. At 3 a.m., a car alarm goes off. Of course, the owner of the car must have been on the other side of the hotel. I leave for my meeting at 7:30, and it is still going. The hotel did... more

The Raleigh Marriott is warm, inviting, and definitely a hotel to consider if your travel takes you to Raleigh. I stayed on two separate occasions and both experiences were similarly positive. Checkin was a breeze and the reception staff was unexpectedly friendly and helpful. The lobby is unexceptional but never crowded or noisy. The hotel is smoke free. There are... more

This hotel is situated directly across from Crabtree Mall, and with easy access to downtown. Although probably the last choice for any traveler to the RTP area (25 mins drive), this is a good option for anyone needing to stay or do business in Raleigh-proper. Pool and fitness center were neither stellar nor horrible. Just needing some upgrades. Restaurant and... more

what a surprise! rooms were fantastic and spotless- great interior design and functionality. Looks like they were just redone. Beds were fabulous; staff were full of smiles and service. Walking distance to a great mall with all the latest hot stores. I would highly recommend this hotel to Raleigh travelers. Also very convenient to the North Carolina Museum of Art. more

We stayed here because the price was right relative to the competition (via [--]) . The room was perfectly fine, if you don't mind the view being the hotel roof. Amenities were a bit of a joke in comparison to other hotels of equal quality ... internet is $10 per day, a bottle of water placed in the room is... more
