Though the staff was perfectly polite I had the following issues with my stay: 1. Remote did not work - promptly handled 2. I had to wear socks in the room as I literally stuck to the carpet 3. I awakened to a bug crawling in my makeup bag. 4. I was just across from the maintenance room and had... More

The staff was great but the hotel rooms are a nightmare! The lobby and breakfast area have been remodeled a few years back but the rooms look like they were last touched in the 1980's. It makes your stay very depressing. Please remodel the rooms!!

Stayed here on a business trip and probably won't stay here again. The hotel is somewhat dated. Room was average at best. I checked in using the app which I thought was pretty cool. When I arrived they gave me the wrong key for the wrong room. Carpet and bathroom floor were very sticky. Room service through away my bottle... More

We have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years, through the renovations that brought it to better than average Hampton status. The rooms are nice size and we normally get a refrigerator/microwave. Breakfast is standard for Hampton. They have a strange manager's reception on Tuesday and Wednesday nights only with wine and beer. What not have it all... More

This hotel is fine, but doesn't live up to the standards of most Hampton Inns. It is in need of quite a bit of preventive maintenance (wallpaper is peeling, shower curtains are frayed, AC units are noisy). Basically, it was clean and no major problems, but overpriced.

I booked 4 rooms months in advance. When I tried to adjust the reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights the hotel manager would only accept the change if the rate changed to the new rate. This would have doubled the nightly rate! It was cheaper to keep the 3 nights instead of dropping to 2 nights. So the hotel... More

This is an interesting hotel. While it's older, it has been updated, in some areas. My wife and I only planned an overnight stay and it served us well. The room we had was small. No built-in closet and furniture was tired looking.

I am primarily a Marriott guy but occasionally find myself in Hilton properties. Hampton Inn has generally stepped up their game with hotels less than 5 years old being pretty nice places. There has been a last 3ish years renovation of the lobby and common areas at this property which did not make it into the rooms. Rooms are pretty... More
