We stayed in Raleigh in June while in town for a graduation. It is in a good location- right across the street from Crabtree Mall which has lots of restaurants. It's easy to get both to the airport and to downtown from this hotel. We found the service at the front desk to be outstanding- very efficient, friendly, and willing... more

It was my husband's birthday and I chose the Embassy Suites/Crabtree "American Idol" package for $114 per night. Note: the lowest price available was $109, but I decided the chance to win a trip to Hollywood was worth the extra five bucks, plus two Diet Cokes were supposed to be included in the package. How exciting is that? :) I... more

We stayed here one night. The room was great: clean and comfortable. The rooms must have been recently renovated because everything looked pretty new. TVs are flat screen lcds, countertops are granite. We liked having an additional vanity/sink in the bedroom. Manager's reception was fine, breakfast was ok--somethings better than others but it's better than a continental breakfast. Elevators were... more

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Overall, I think it was a nice stay. Of course, the manager's reception with free drinks was nice. Also, breakfast buffet with made to order eggs was included in price of room. Our suite had plenty of space for the two of us. It was spotless inside. Two flat-screen TV's were nice, but... more

This was an excellent experience from our initial contact with the hotel to our meeting's conclusion. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in all aspects of our stay. The sleeping rooms were clean, spacious and fresh and all of our participants enjoyed their stay, participating in the Manager's Reception (a great relaxer prior to dinner) in the late afternoon and... more

First of all, the rooms were decent. They were pretty clean and the bathroom was clean too. But the TVs were old Zeniths made in the 90s. The quality was pretty bad. The breakfast was good, though, typical Embassy Suites great quality. But there were several problems: 1 There was a family reunion going on; I don't have a problem... more

Okay, so maybe you can put up with the constant grinding, dust and banging on the walls. Perhaps it won't bother you that the elevators don't work, so you are constantly walking 3-4 floors being careful not to get the "fresh paint" on your suit and tie. Maybe it won't frustrate you that you can get no satisfaction from the... more

Have visited several times before, but had begun to find the rooms a bit tired. However, a recent renovation has certainly changed that. New furniture in the rooms is an excellent improvement that serves to give a spa-like feel to the place-beautiful dark headboards and wardrobes with a rich feel, more overall room in the living space, and beautiful granite... more

My husband and I always stay at Embassy Suites when we travel and this one is a a favorite. The staff is the best. I have many years experience in customer service and I'd be proud to have any of these wonderful people work for me. Each and every staff member I met went above and beyond to ensure we... more
