Three night stay was fine except that on one of the days, the room was not serviced. Obtained fresh towels myself. For me, this is not a big deal, but the hotel staff operation needs to be improved. Reflects poorly on the brand.

The bed was extra firm and the 4 pillows I had were soft. I was a little surprised to find that there were no... More

Room was dirty, towels felt like sandpaper, and door did not close properly. Staff were nice, but it was not appealing to see them smoking in front of the lobby.

Not horrible, but you get what you pay for. Felt a bit run down. It was cheap and I wanted a hotel near The Ritz, so it suited my needs. Even though I was in a non-smoking room I could still smell cigarette. This is typical of older hotels though, nothing shocking. Probably the worst part was some of the... More

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am sorry to hear that the previous guest smoked in our non-smoking room. We try our best to prevent this from happening by offering smoking rooms. As you mentioned our motel is conveniently located right off I-440 and there are many restaurants in this area. We hope you will... More
