The Hotel was simple and basic. It provided all the basics very well. It was put in a great location, even though getting out was sometimes a chore. Snug, well-maintained, well-managed hotel. Indoor corridors = quiet, safe. In around one of Raleigh's best (high end) shopping areas (new North Hills Mall, The Lassiter). Better than average as far as Comfort Inns go, this one seems to be well maintained. The room was clean, including the bathroom, which isn't always the case with Comfort Inns. The breakfast area was moderately spacious and had a good variety of pastries, bagels, baked goods, etc., but no sausage biscuits, fresh fruit, etc. The coffee machine was complicated... More

This has to be one of the most well-kept and clean Comfort Inns I have stayed in, and believe me, I stay in a different hotel/motel every weekend. The parking area was a bit tight, but well lighted. The rooms are spacious without being overly so. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast array was awesome...something... More
