This place could be really good but the little things keep getting in the way.

First let me tell you the good things. It's clean. It's well located. The parking lot is well lit at night and the property is well maintained. It's quiet and in a safe neighborhood. A major mall and a Barnes and Noble are next door. Innerbelt access is easy and fast. The front desk staff, especially a wonderful hospitality professional named Phyllis whose natural elegance sets the tone for the desk, are efficient, always gracious and very helpful. The young woman who prepares the nightly meal is well groomed and friendly. Her cooking is more than adequate and she goes the second mile to accomodate the picky eater. Her kitchen is clean and the hot food is hot and the cold food is cold. More than that you could not ask of a complementary meal!

AM & FM radio reception are very good. Regular travelers know that usually only FM reception is good in any hotel.
