The exterior and interior of this hotel is very well kept. Excellent first impression. Check in very smooth and received an upgrade to a 2 BR. Was a bit worried about noise as there were HS cross country teams staying there. But we were on the opposite side of the hotel, so we heard nothing. Ate at the café/bar on... More

I thought I had booked a weekend at the Marriott well in advance of my stay. Apparently Booking.com didn't do their part and I was left at the counter without a room on a busy weekend. Kayce took the time to grant me the booking price and get me into a room. She was very professional and accommodating. Thank you.

Immediately upon my arrival, I was informed of the complimentary breakfast AND dinner they offered. I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite. Also, their gym is nice but the option to go to a real local gym free of charge was amazing. Their pool is standard and outdoors. UNREAL service, though. I LOVE the city of Raleigh and I... More

Ashley Ragsdale was awsome from the first day to the last. She was warm and friendly nd very helpful evryday. Not once did i see her give anyone a bad time. She was very professional and upbeat all the time. It felt good having someone around who was a positive and good at her job like she was.

If you need a hotel for an extended stay, this is about as perfect a property as you can ask for. The location is very convenient to a major mall with an extensive food court and handy access to Raleigh's Beltline so that you can get to area attractions easily. (I stayed for three weeks during a house renovation so... More

This is another good example of the Residence Inn line of Marriott hotels. Conveniently located a short distance from RDU, the rooms are well kept and spacious. The studios serve a perfect stay when visiting friends in the area, and the kitchenettes are handy when you don't feel like eating out for every meal. The front-desk and bar/lounge staff are... More

I was in Raleigh for business and pleasure and elected to stay at the Residence due to its proximity to the places I needed to visit. This hotel is right next to a regional mall with lots of fun restaurants, but I elected to drive. Next time I might walk to avoid the parking lot at the mall. This hotel... More

Stayed for two days in a single room. Room was spacious, well ventilated and very clean. Loved the kitchenette - awesome for a business traveler. Would definitely come back when I'm staying in Raleigh. The free breakfast and dinner was pretty good too.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite during a recent visit to NC State. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen area was great even though we did not need it for our 2 night stay. It would be helpful for a family trying to save money by not eating out every meal. The breakfast that was included... More
