We were here for only one night while attending the NC state fair. My family has stayed at the Marriott at Crabtree before, but we chose the Residence Inn because it offered a State Fair package including ride tickets. Everything was good for our one night stay. The location is great - next to the mall, near the main road,... more

I only have high recommendations for this hotel. Great location next to McDonalds and a very spacious mall. All within walking distance. Hotel is close to highway as well. The breakfast buffet was great each morning. There was even a miniature putt-putt out front. Nice seating area outdoors to eat breakfast or relax. I would definitely stay here again. more

From the check-in experience to the check-out everything was great. We were there visiting NC State with my oldest son and my two other teenage boys. We were close to the University, golf, fishing, the mall, a gaming and go cart place, a Walmart and a grocery store. I was able to wash dirty baseball and fishing clothes, as well... more

This is to thank all staff involved in providing wonderful service to our out of town guests during our daughters wedding weekend. Check-in was smooth, hospitality suite set up was wonderful, shuttle service was friendly and timely. Location was perfect, close to shopping & restaurants. Nothing but compliments! more

I'll start with "the good". First, the staff. The hotel staff are all very friendly and professional. Kevin, at the front desk, was especially helpful at check-in when there was a problem with my first suite. (more on that in "the bad") Each morning I was greeted with a smile and "Good Morning, Ma'am". The location is also good. It's... more

This place could be really good but the little things keep getting in the way. First let me tell you the good things. It's clean. It's well located. The parking lot is well lit at night and the property is well maintained. It's quiet and in a safe neighborhood. A major mall and a Barnes and Noble are next door.... more

We stay at this hotel from January 25 to 28, the hotel is in a great location central to everything and also the highway 40 and 440 and only minutes away from downtown Raleigh. The hotel it self was clean, we where in a studio and the staff was wonderful. One downside are the beds, these where the worst I... more
