I have stayed at this hotel before because of its central location. Its near lots of restaurants and easy access to just about anywhere in Raleigh. The rooms are very clean, breakfast has alot of choices, and the prices just cant be beat. For the business traveler I would suggest this hotel for sure. more

My husband and I stayed at BW Raleigh North hotel twice, two weeks apart and would highly recommend it. It was so convenient to the airport and all of the people we came in contact were so gracious and helpful. On October the 26th at 2 pm &27th early morning the young lady was super. My husband does hope that... more

We came up to Raleigh to help a relative move. Checked in at the Best Western North on Saturday afternoon. We had reservations for a suite which consisted of a king bed and a double bed. Got the room key and went to the building out back where the suites are located. The hallway smelled OK...no problems. My husband opened... more

We are saddened by your experience with what may have been an allergic reaction or possibly bites from the field where your group are for most of the day. We immediately reponded to your complaint and had all rooms inspected by our expert pest control contractor. The experts concluded that because of the wide spread of rooms and because there...

This hotel was marked as a 3-star on Hotwire and I disagree. They may be trying to upgrade - my room smells as if it was painted today and there are still many signs that is was painted with a sprayer. Some of which show on a loud heater/air conditioner that was too loud to leave on, leaving the room... more

I like Best Western. In fact I am a Best Western Gold Club member. This one was clean enough and the folks at the front desk we nice, but the breakfast really was not up to Best Western’s usual standards: The coffee was lukewarm! I had to ask for cream cheese for my bagel. (They had never got it out.)... more
