Stayed here on business and really liked being able to walk around town. Raleigh has some great character, nice local eateries and bars Rooms are the basic Marriott room styles. Caution if you get roomed on the 4th floor asit appears the AC units could be outside your room. Service was not the best and odd that several platinum members... More

Need to really focus on proper staffing and customer service. Take a page from the Ritz Carlton whom you own and put to good use in your training. Love the facility but very disappointed in talk back, excuses and then no reply or ownership by management team. We all live and die by how we treat others in our businesses.... More

“Typical Marriott but insanely slow Internet access”

This is a completely normal Marriott hotel: normal rooms, furnishings and tv. The on demand video in my room didn't work but that probably saved me $15 for a movie. I had a conference at the convention center that is attached to the hotel. The organization I belong to was able to negotiate a lower room rate than normal, free parking, and free internet (if using valet service) which was nice. “Great Hotel but City Parking only, long walk to convention center”

I stayed at this hotel that states it is connected to the convention center. It actually it a long walk down 2 levels to the crosswalk then 2 levels back up to the convention center then a long walk. I stayed here for another work convention, it was very convenient because it connected to the convention centre across the street. The breakfast was great, they accommodated and served gluten free options. Full starbucks in the lobby, beds and rooms were very cosey
