Great staff and all helpful folks. The problems were solved quickly. Breakfast was excellent. They are going into renovation time soon and will be updated quite a bit. The rooms are a bit worn but clean and up to standard. I was most impressed by how the staff was always willing to help in a friendly way. Made us feel like we had been there many times but this was our first trip. This hotel is close to Downtown and the Convention Center. Looking forward to another stay with them.

This was our worse Hilton stay ever! We were given someone else's room keys because they didn't ask for I.D. The light by the bed was out and the shower needed to be fixed, not much water was coming out. Asked 3 times to get it fixed and was told it was and it wasn't. We had to take showers in the other room we had. The breakfast was awful, the breakfast area was dirty, one toaster was broken the other was filled with bread and smoked out the room. The front desk agents could have cared-less about their guests. Had to be called out of the back every-time we went there. Sent an email to the GM and as of yet gotten no response.

My room had to be changed 2 times due to -No air conditioning, then BED BUGS, then being moved into a dirty room. I checked out the next morning. The only good thing was my room was comped due to these major inconveniences. Hampton Inn is usually my hotel of choice but this one is an immediate no!

I realize Hampton Inns are not Ritz Carlton’s but this place was dirty, ceiling drywall in our room fell on the floor when we got back to our room one night. The place reeks of weed all over in elevators , lobby, front entrance. Definitely did not feel safe in this hotel. Truly was Ghetto like. Don’t think I’ll ever stay in a Hampton Inn again.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews until the day we were arriving, otherwise I would have cancelled. Do yourself a favor & stay elsewhere. The floors in the shared spaces are dirty, you can see spills & wheel marks from rolling luggage. One of the two elevators is broken - it’s not labeled as such, but when you’re on the ground floor & one displays G, as its location, but the doors don’t open, I think it’s safe to assume it’s out of order. Based on another review, that’s been the case for a while. The building is old, which I don’t mind, but it hasn’t been kept properly. The carpet in the room was dingy…I will not return.

The lobby smelled like raw sewage, if the hotel knows there is a problem run to the store and buy 10 cans of Febreze and fix the problem. Next the room we checked in had blood on the wall and in the shower. So we got another room were the clock did not work and the sheets were filthy. Lastly we got into another room where the phone did not work. The property needs to be upgraded with USB ports. Will never stay at this property again.

The property was ok, things seemed in need of a redo. Abandoned vehicles on the property. One of two elevators were broken and seemed like it was for some time. Fridge in breakfast area froze everything, milk etc. pool cleaning tools left on the pool deck. Shower in room was broken, tub in room didn’t drain well, we requested service and got none. Requested maid service and none arrived. Beds were worn out, and uncomfortable.

I never leave a review but thought I should warn others. We stayed here for the weekend due to a lacrosse tournament. One of the elevators did not work so we spent a lot of time waiting for the one elevator. I asked the staff if they knew the elevator was broken and they said yes. No remote in the room and only two sets of towels for two nights with multiple people. The room was a bit dirty and run down. Ran out of coffee in the morning at 7:00 with a bunch of people complaining and waiting. I’m a diamond member so I stay in hotels every week. All for over $200 a night. I would find somewhere else to stay. We will not be back.
