We have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was without incident. The second time (June 2009) they charged my credit card 161.00 that shouldn't have been. We wanted to see a bit of Raleigh while looking at NCSU. The Hyatt Place was a great choice, very clean, spacious, with comfy beds, and a good breakfast. We were right next to the elevator, but never heard it. Our son loved the very large HDTV. Raleigh won my heart! more
