We have stayed at the Port-O-Plymouth on several different trips with friends and family. It has always been 1 night on our way to somewhere else. The place is certainly nothing fancy, but it is more than adequate for a quick overnight stay. It's clean, has free continental breakfast ( basic stuff), can't beat the rates and the staff has... This is a classic style motel, but well maintained and very helpful. This does not seem to be a place you'd want to stop if a better class restaurant is on your "important" list. Pizza Hut and McDonalds are some of the better restaurants.

It's a simple and somehow a little crude motel. But it's ok for one night stay during a travel of long distance. The location is convenient and there several restaurants in walking distance with it. It also provide free breakfast, though, which is very simple.

The room was nice, clean and it had a new big flate scren tv in it. I also thought the bed was nice and soft, I normaily wake up in the morning with back pain but not this time!! I was verry happy with that! Everything I needed was in walking distance, food, store, and places to shop for a... More

My husband and I stayed there in July 2012 and had a terrible experience. We stayed in a room near the pool as soon as I walk in I knew it was not a good situation the person next to us had there door open with gallon of liquor everywhere and smoking (not cigarettes)! We origianally book because we needed... More

First Impression was poor, and went down hill from there... Rooms are old, damp and stinky. Tried one room, sink leaked, didn't even want to use bathroom or sit on beds. Tried another, it was even worse than the first. Decided to get our money back and left. Would rather have slept in the car. If the Holiday Inn is... More

Room smelled, pool so cloudy the bottom was not visible, exterior corridors filthy and luke warm hot water in the morning. The continental breakfast was pitiful. If you can't get a room st the local Holiday Inn express, keep going.

Stayed one SAT night early JAN 2013. Room was fine, complete with fridge, microwave, hair dryer. Liked the king bed and sofa layout. Missed the free continental breakfast so no comment on that, but was nice it was offered. Had one of the rooms away from the highway so was pretty quiet, not so sure about the rooms facing the... This is not the Ritz Carlton but is not nearly as expensive either! About half the price of the more expensive place in Plymouth. The room was clean, the king-sized bed was comfortable. The room was also quiet and the staff was friendly. Don't expect much at breakfast, though. Very limited and served in a tiny area. Other than the... More
