my stay was pleasant and peaceful, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great. Greeted me with smiles and was very accomodating. I enjoyed the breakfast that they offered. I like to get and go and it made it easy for me instead of having to find a place to eat,..everything is right there.... More

Very Dirty and out dated. But most of all I want to warn people of the BED BUGS!! Apparently Bed Bug bites takes up to nine days for them to all come out but after a few days I was covered in extremely uncomfortable itchy bed bug bites all over!! When I called the motel to complain the woman at... More

Decided to stay overnight prior to getting the ferry on our way to the OBX First of all I did not feel safe due to the element hanging out of all the top rooms. The room had a terrible odor and there were flies all over the place. Bonus was seeing the bug traps on the floor. We had a... More

The lady at the front desk was rude, The internet service did not work in the room. Most of the guests told me the same thing, no internet connection in the room. Other complaints of the hotel is hot water stops working some times. I said something to the front desk the next morning about the internet connection not working... More

I wrote a review before but I guess someone deleted it. Long story short. Worst hotel ever and I've seen a pimp use his strong hand at an Econo Lodge in 98 in Jacksonville FL ask my brother. Rooms smelled HORRIBLE. Mine wasn't as bad as my coworker;s. I'm not sure how he could sleep without a clothespin on his... More

If you love history, DO NOT just pass through the tiny town of Plymouth NC and thereby miss excellent stories of the Civil War as told by Harry Thompson at the Museum. And when in Plymouth, consider staying at the Port O'Plymouth Inn. It's not fancy but it is clean and reasonably priced. I first stayed here 30 years ago... More

This is a great non-branded property that meets or exceeds many branded properties. It is a good stop off before you reach the Outer Banks of North Carolina being only an hour away with rates that are very much lower than beach rates. The continental breakfast exceeds what I have been served at upscale properties. I especially like the fact... More

I was surprised at the clean, spacious and the recently renovated rooms. My rooms had a fridge and microwave, high speed wireless internet and hair dryers, iron and ironing boards were available at my request. Thanks to the pet friendly rooms we were able to bring the family dog with us. The beds were very comfortable, I as well as... More

First let me start by saying, this is not a "name brand" hotel, but I must say, our stay was well worth it! Surprisingly, the rate we paid was low, even though you would have expected to pay more just from the look of the Inn!! The Port O Plymouth offers a nice breakfast selection and beds with sleep quality... More
