My husband surprised me with a getaway to this lovely rustic-chic hotel just 45 minutes outside of Raleigh. We stayed in the Grande Suite and as soon as I entered the private courtyard, I wanted to move in! Elegantly decorated with a very large bathroom and soaking tub. It sits on a historic farm that has been turned in to... More

Fearrington House Inn is in a beautiful location. Upon arriving, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was professional. The suite itself (Suite 1) was large with a beautiful bath. The gardens are very nicely done and well maintained as are all the grounds. Be sure to visit the sun room. Very quite and peaceful and a very... More

We planned a four night stay here after a hectic tour of civil war sites up in Washington DC & Virginia, as we wanted to spend a few days relaxing before doing more touring of the eastern states. Our room 5 was delightful, beautiful, linens, furniture & decorations, beautiful views of gardens, a really lovely place to spend a few... More

First off my wife would give Fearrington very tops in all categories. And I would agree that the grounds are lovely, the "village" is quaint and things like the Garden Room for reading and relaxing are wonderful. In addition the staff is very helpful. The restaurant was very good but I felt a little pricey for a country inn. So,... More

The Inn is pleasant enough and the atmosphere is relaxing as many reviews describe. Having grown up on a farm in North Carolina perhaps the grounds are not as impressive to me. That being said, the hotel is nice enough. The bathroom was dated in our opinion. The bed was especially "fluffy" but way too soft for our liking. I... More

We have stayed at Fearrington house several times for our anniversary and have loved it. Our daughter was graduating from UNC & I was concerned Fearrington might be too far away from the festivities. As it turns out, it was perfect. We had fun away from Chapel Hill riding bikes, relaxing, taking pictures in the garden, enjoying tea, etc. We... More

We live in North Carolina and have often heard about Fearrington Village, so when an overnight stay at the Inn came up as an auction item at a charity gala, we turned in the winning bid. Good move! The place is wonderful, and they even upgraded us to a suite because we were celebrating a birthday. Here are a few... More

As desired after our initial trip to the Fearrington House Inn for a friend's wedding a year and a half ago, my husband surprised me with a romantic night away. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and showed to our room. We had drinks outside before heading to our dinner reservation (dinner was out of this world good but I'll... More

What a wonderful stay I had at Fearrington Inn. The perfect soul soothing experience surrounded by superb comfort and sensational service. The Inn is situated in a little village all on it's own with beautiful Beltie cows in the pastures around the perimeter. You can walk to everything whether dinner at The Granary (wonderful comfort food and killer cocktails!) or... More

This is like a cosy but elegant littel village: Very homey, very nice. Pretty rooms with great bathrooms, super friendly staff and delicous breakfast with many organic choices. I'd like to highlight the spa: Very relaxing atmosphere, nice massages and a cute shop. It#s surround by some fields and a little lake.
