Made reservations for this inn 2 months in advance. Called the night before to reconfirm our reservation before we left Southwest Virginia (3.5 hr drive). Was heading down to the Wolley Worm festival. Was told by Pineola to check in by 6pm. We was their literally at 6:05 to find out our rooms had been "given to a man who... More

This very small inn was nice and clean. No frills whatsoever-just a room with a TV, microwave, tiny refrigerator and hair dryer. Stayed Oct. 11, 2014. The location is great, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, 6 miles from Linville Gorge. Management was super nice and no problems on our overnight visit. I would definitely return.

Annual visit for wife's family reunion. First time staying at Pineola Inn. We typically stay at another inn/lodge but will definitely return. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Also very affordable and close to attractions. Right off the Blue Ridge. Wonderful place to spend a few days.

This is a nice inexpensive place to stay. Rooms are clean and good size. There was a microwave and small fridge in each room. Plenty of parking. The furnishings are a little outdated, but for the price, you can't beat it. There's a store right next to it, but it doesn't seem to have groceries. It would be a plus... More

My wife, granddaughter and I stayed over the Memorial day weekend. We were greeted at the desk by a young man that was helpful and polite. Rooms we clean and well maintained any problems were taken care of pronto. The outside landscape showed the same care as the rooms well maintained. We will definitely stay there again. The only complaint... More

I stayed at Pineola Inn for a night during a recent motorcycle trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway. My entire group thought that this was one of the best spots we had stayed at. The rooms were large, well appointed and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant on the property, but there are a couple... More

We stayed here from a Thursday to Monday morning. The room was very clean and had a fridge, microwave and a flat screen tv. We didn't have any problems checking in or out - the office staff and owner was very nice. There are a few cabins behind the inn that looks great.

Stay here every year for the Highland Games on Grandfather mountain. Quiet locaton but easily accessible for all local attractions and services. The site is always clean and tidy, the rooms are a good size, clean and well maintained with a tv, microwave and fridge. Always made to feel welcome.

We stayed here for the Highland Games festival. It was quiet, convenient, the room was clean, good sized, and the property very well maintained. I would stay again. Others have complained about rudeness at the front desk. My husband dealt with the owner who was very nice, and wife, who maybe should not be in the hospitality business, it was... More
