Had the pleasure of visiting Catawba Falls Campground today. This campground is lovely, clean and family friendly. Nice playground, a pony petting center, full service bathroom for women and men and Air Condition. the grounds are so peaceful and relaxing. The cabins are so sweet and a lot of room between campers.

We have stayed here 5 or 6 times in the past few years, and it's always a great time. The staff/owners are so accommodating. The cabins are beautiful, and you can't beat the price. Great for couples, friends, or family.

This was our first stay at the Catawba Falls Campground. We decided to rent one of the Gypsy Cabins and it was a great experience. The cabins are in the same part of the campground as tent sites. You can't drive a car there, but it's a short walk from parking area across the creek. You won't have to carry... More

We have enjoyed camping at Catawba Falls many times. It helps as we don't have to drive the camper over the mountains; Quaint little town and not far from many activities. Quiet campground. The town puts on a great 4th of July firework display and good old fashion entertainment in town.

I've stayed here about 4 times in a tent I had sites T2 & T3 which I liked because I could view the tent camping area. These sites you couldn't drive your car too but you could park your vehicle just across the bridge that's over the river. Everytime I've been there the staff have been great they have always... More

THIS IS IT! Really, I have to say there's so much to do, investigate and enjoy...however, just being here around Richard and Debbie Acrivos, their son Rick, Jr., daughter and son-in-law Kim and Parks Combs, grandaughter Alyssa, and especially both Richard and Debbie's mothers is a rare and special treat; so much so that we have decided to stay the... We camped in a travel trailer. We found it to be just as portrayed on the website. It was a quite, small, family campground. No activities going on when we were there and didn't see much activity at all. However, the cold weather was probably keeping people in. Very quiet at night, felt safe to allow the kids to roam... Someone is very creative with the camera, because it doesn't look anything like the pics on the website. I'd keep looking!!
