The Aerie is a lovely old lady and though awkwardly situated for parking and unloading, it has a grace and charm only found in aging architecture. We stayed at the Aerie in June. The owners were away but the "Inn Sitter" made us feel at home. The rooms are nice and the location is a block from Tryon Palace. more

We have never stayed in a B and B before and my mother in-law decided to give us the romantic get-a-away package for our wedding gift and we LOVED it, it was beautiful and a very loving and caring atmosphere. We can't wait to make a yearly tradition out of staying there. more
