After a day trip to the beach with friends we decided to stay. The hotel was moderately priced and very nice. The room was updated and nicely decorated. Very clean with comfortable beds. I would recommend this as a nice place to stay. Did see that the hotel was pet friendly and all the guest were too.....Next door is a... More

I picked this hotel because it gave us a great rate and had decent reviews. My fiance and I were impressed! We stayed here two nights, in a clean and comfortable room with TV, Wi-Fi, minifridge, and nice decor. The hotel was small and simple, as were the rooms, but I don't go to the beach to sit in a... The location is fantastic for the price! Directly across the street from the Jeannette's Pier and beach! This was perfect for us since we had a surf contest right there. The staff is ever so pleasant and accommodating! I would stay again just because of the staff. Will say that the room was a bit small and the bathroom was... More

I called to place my reservation for April 23-26. Three nights! The person on the phone quoted me a price including the pet fee. It seemed reasonable for the off season. when I arrived to check in I was informed that the bill would be almost $100 more and that was without the pet fee and that was for only... More

Spent one night at this motel during visit to the Outer Banks. Clean. Small room. Friendly and helpful staff. Poor air conditioning performance. A little noisy. Older facility. Okay place for the price. Located on beach road.

This was a very nice stay and directly across the street from the Whalebone Pier and beach access. Please don;t expect four-star accommodations. That said, the rooms were well appointed, free internet. We brought our beloved dog with us and had no issues whatsoever. The floors were tile, which was very good considering how much sand blows around there :)... More

Great place. Clean rooms and great staff. When my 8 yr old niece broke a favorite found seashell in the parking lot, one of the staff members noticed how upset she was. He came back the next morning and gave her several beautuful shells fr his own house. I will definately go back next time I am in town.

Very nice room & fairly affordable for the location. Directly across from Jenettes pier & walking distance to a few places to eat. Parking is tight, especially for larger vehicles. Would stay here again. Only complaint is small shower but great water psi on 2nd floor.

Sorry about the Wi-Fi unfortumately our provider Charter Communications is about the worst there is for Cable and interenet service anywhere so we have to do the best we can with what is available. We have spent several overnighters at Rodeway Inn - formerly Traveler's Inn - across the road from Jeanette's Fishing Pier. Being across the road from the pier and Cahoon's Grocery, and next door to Sam 'n' Omie's Restaurant . . . what more could a tourist ask for? Going to groan and moan this time = Roadway Inn INTERNET WI-FI... More

Dear 1oldseagull I am happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and returned to see us again. Sorry about the poor Wi-Fi you encountered, unfortunatley our only choice on this island is Charter Communication and all their services are DISMAL! We do the best we can with what we have available. More
