We stayed at the Knights Inn on our way back from Myrtle Beach. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms, however, are very dated. The pool was clean. Our room was fully stocked with everything we needed. Not bad for an overnight stay. more

We found the Knights Inn Mount Airy to be very comfortable. The inn was quiet. Our room and the grounds were clean. We found our room stocked with towels, toiletries, etc. The rooms were attractively furnished and the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. more

The rooms look like they were recently redone - new bedspread, new carpet. However we were upset to find our uninvited guest - a large mouse who was living behind the refrigerator. I stayed in this motel in the spring of 2006. It is just a room, nothing fancy. The bathroom was patchwork, you could tell most of the maintainence was done by a non-professional. Spots where the wall was plastered were just rough. But for the price, I can not really complain much. It served it's purpose. A room for sleeping.... more
